Reactive Outdoor Recenzje

I received my large 3sec tent and there was an issue with the bottom bar, in that it wouldn’t stay locked and parallel. Customer service quickly reviewed the video of my issue and is sending out a replacement without the need to send the defective tent back. They are friendly and super quick to resolve issues. You can feel comfortable about giving Reactive your business. 10/10

I put the tent up in advertised time and pegged out. Total about 5 minutes. I find the pegs fine though some have commented on poor quality. One of the guy loops had not been sewn in and so one corner could not be tied down. Still very stable.
I messaged RO last night and I have had a series of emails today apologising for the failure in quality control and within two hours a notification of a new replacement tent pinged in my inbox. Jethro E and Jack at customer service were no nonsense straight talking. We got it wrong we’ll put it right.
That’s what customer service should be like.

First impressions of the product are very very good.

Jack, was very efficient and timely in responding to my request. I appreciate his professionalism.

This tent is everything I expected. Easy set up and take down. Always fits in the bag it came in.

Super easy to setup, literally 2min from unpacking after it was delivered, it was up.
Looking forward to exploring and camping around the uk again. Now I ca do it with out the hassle of tent poles etc

Had a few issues but jack got it sorted and happy with outcome would still recommend these tents

Jeg bestilte telte i lørdags og har allerede fået det leveret i dag, så super hurtig levering. Jeg har ikke haft det oppe endnu, men skal helt sikkert testes i weekenden😁

Great service and after sales.

Once again thank you All Carl

The deivery was on time and I received my extended guaranty for 60 days plus 2 more gifts.

Thank you so much!

I absolutely love my new camping tent. I'm 64 and still love camping, but after a long trip and days of fun, the tent tear down was a dreaded chore. Phew... not a fun end to the adventure. The quick set up and tear down saves me from fumbling or asking for help. I really appreciate the independence it gives me. Oh, and the bonus camp packing list is awesome. I used to always forget something. Thanks RO

Very fast service parcel arrived in perfect condition. Impressive quick set up haven’t tested in wet weather yet no rain forecast built in ground sheet very very thin need the tarp you get with it, Would gladly pay a bit more to have a decent base. Packs down very easy.

Was able to put the tent up over the weekend. As advertised, easy to put up. Tent quality and fit were very good.

Beyond the quality of the product, Customer service is great. Jack did the job no matter what. An issue with the welding of a suspension line, you IMMEDIATELY get a new tent. No discussion, no waste of time.
Best Customer Service ever!

Fast delivery, very good Product and reliable and competent service and support.

Ive only put the tent up in my yard. I leave on a camping trip in 2weeks. But so far my expectations the tent did exactly what I was expecting.

Great customer service. I got confused and Jack helped me out. Love tge product a blow up tent and great company. Received my tent withing 36 hours

Unfortunately, the 3 second tent didn't stand up to a summer storm in Shetland. I contacted customer services and explained the problem. Jack immediately emailed me back promising to sort it out. And he did. I returned the item and the refund was in my bank within the week. Great service from the company and Jack from Customer Service.
