DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Originally I had only seen all the positive reviews until I did a bit more digging but by then I’d already ordered the two tent bundle! Within a couple of minutes I emailed them immediately to cancel my order and they did not respond to me until much later to claim it had already been boxed up and shipped out to the courier! All within 30 minutes I might add.

It’s being delivered by Evri (oh joy!) and it’s meant to be delivered to mine while I am not even in so I select for it to be left in our clearly visible parcel box under the stairs of the flat (there is no option to reschedule delivery). They decide they are going to leave it on my front door step by the main door that anyone and everyone can access with my parcel on full display…..get back next day and wouldn’t you know it’s been stolen!! Not in the parcel box and no neighbours have taken it in for good measure.

Contact customer services for them to ignore all Iv said above and then to say reach out to Evri who also can not help me.

So now I’m down £169.95 with no items and no help to resolve this!

Do not buy from them as if you have problems or make a mistake and try to cancel they can not help you and just give very generic responses. Customer service is not what they’re about.

Ordered a reactive outdoor tent. Was expecting it delivered in the 2/3 business days stated. 2 weeks later it arrived.. I had to buy another tent instead as my trip was 7 days after my initial order was placed. I asked to return the tent. They refused to compensate my postage which was £14, so I had to pay to return a tent instead never used that was 10 days late on delivery. Great customer service…. NOT!

Ordered the 1/2-man 3-second tent. I had an issue with delivery but customer service was fantastic; Jack was quick to respond to my email and was keen to ensure the product was in full working order. Very reassuring.
It’s an amazing tent and really is as easy to put up & take down as the demonstration videos show. Game changer. Highly recommend!

Bought this 3 person 3 secs tent, to get a lighter tent with a quicker set-up than the 3person tunnel tent I've used the past 3 years on bikecamping trips.
My 4 yo had it figured out after I had shown him once. 👍👍👍 Only part he can't do, is the final lift-up. He's simply too short 🥰

I Wish is was a bit bigger (the 3 person). Our airmatresses pushed to the sides of the tent in Both ends, and our luggage was jammed to the sides of the tent - and I had to move it onto our matresses when it was raining to prevent water from leaking in. And you can't attach a short, light Line for wet clothes to the tent (neither side or center on top) ø without the whole tent turning lopsided.

The tent is great for camping a few nights, without much equipment/baggage.
But for longer trips away from everything (with a young child) I missed a bit more space and a stronger tent.

The tent is extremely waterproof and as quick and easy to erect and put down as advertised.
Good tent that packs down small. I'm 6ft 6in but me, my wife and dog all slept in there with space for back packs.
Customer support, via Jack has been exceptional, following an enquiry after using it in high winds on Orkney.
I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I am recently single and wanted to try solo camping it was a little nervous .. this was perfect as I can easily do it myself and it feels sturdy! Delivery was quick and it is very affordable, particularly in the sale. Looking forward to lots of nights away !

I will forever shop at this place due to Jack’s amazing customer service, my tent got lost in transit (evri lost it) and Jack promptly sent me out another one and even gave me £40 refund as a goodwill gesture , hundred percent recommend this company

I was having issues with my tent as it was failing on me and within 24 hours Jack had responded to my issue, resolved it by sending out a new tent and had it shipped out to me within the day. Absolutely amazing service and super friendly!

I initially bought the 4 man tent but was so pleased with it that I bought the larger one. So easy to put up and take down. The only advice I would give would be to charge the battery up before reaching the campsite!

Great customer support. Had a slow leak, they sent out a replacement part asap.

I ordered the 3 seconds tent but shortly after placing the order I saw they also sell inflatable tent . I contacted the customer service asking to cancel/replace the order but they only enabled me to wait for it to be delivered then return it for exchange. Even though the delivery was not received yet. I was not offered a possibility to decline the delivery so it will return to them or for them to attempt to retrieve the delivery themselves; So I had to receive it and now going through the hurdle of returning it with a flimsy courrier that left me waiting all day for collection only to reschedule it again for tomorrow . And I have to bear the cost of return. I have dealt with other companies in the past that offered more proactive service; I also emailed customer service asking if they would accept the cost of return considering there could have been other ways to make the service better - but haven't heard back.
And I discovered in the process that the return address on their website is somewhat different to the one their customer service provides which could be misleading or leading to products being lost in the process of return;
I also discovered their phone number doesn't work. So I am not so impressed even though it is presented as easy return process it is in fact not the case, this prompted me to order quickly assuming it would be possible to return/exchange but I now I regret it.

Fast delivery. Does exactly what it says. Quick and easy setup. Clear instructions. Not used yet.

Après une commande 21 juin 2026 tente cabine 10 personnes réception 28 juillet pour recevoir une tente avec toile très fine, le sol de la tente idem. Tres leger.
Gonflable assez long et on n'obtient pas un ensemble bien tendu mais un résultat médiocre un peu mou avec des poches... résultat quand il pleut....?
Degonflage et pliage long et sportif j’ai cru ne jamais la ranger dans le sac d'origine.
Le comble retour à l étranger 75 € de frais. Pas de retour gratuit. En conclusion passez votre chemin. N'achetez pas... car en plus fabrication chinoise en cherchant bien vous trouverez une tente chez decathlon de meilleur qualité moins chère ou votre chez votre chinois préféré.

Jack from customer services was brilliant. I had issues with my order and, after proof, a new order was dispatched the same day. Hopefully 2nd lot is better.

After delivery was late I bought myself a new tent to find out they hadn’t even delivered the tenets I ordered now They are refusing to refund me or send me back the tents now I’m left paying for something that never arrived to me! Genuinely horrible customer service offering a guaranteed return the tents were unopened. 0 refund or replacement tents sent out.

I’m reading a lot of reviews on social media on how strong and robust these tents are. In my opinion poor quality! My tent leaked after only 17 uses on very soft and regular ground, all approved camping sites. The thumb grip also snapped off leaving one door unusable. It can also be a bit difficult to pack away. I complained and basically told nothing they can do it’s out of warranty. Will definitely not use this company again.

The company replied to say they would be in touch. Nothing to date!

It was fun to set up the tent. Very well made.
