Ordered the 3 person tent. Paid for the 2 day shipping. Website said they ship with UPS or Canada Post. They shipped the item with some Chinese company that has no idea when I'll recieve the tent. I'm going away will now need to buy another tent. The Canadian customer service number is deactivated amd they don't respond to emails. Avoid this company they are scammers

Emailed with a question out of hrs and received an answer straight away. Very friendly service and the tent is very good quality, also easy to pack away! Thanks for all your help, love the tent!

We contacted RO to ask a question about their 3 person tent. The replied the same day with the answer. Can't ask for more than that.

The tent is brilliant! Three very happy grandsons who can now go on school camping trips and be the envy of everyone else that they have such an amazing tent that easily accommodates 3 people and has been so carefully thought about and designed.
The videos for erection and striking were also very useful. Like the handy sewn-in bag for the tent pegs too. Clever!

I currently own about 10 tents for various situations but realised I didn’t have anything that I’d feel comfortable putting up late at night by myself! I decided to order the small inflatable reactive outdoor tent for an upcoming festival and, wow, I couldn’t be more happy!! I put it up in less than 5 mins and even managed to get it back in the bag in who it 2! I haven’t camped in it yet but, in terms of ease, this tent is the best thing ever!!!!

Once I placed the order the tent arrived sooner then anticipated. Set it up in my office, first time setup took a bit longer than 3 seconds but dam I see the advantages immediately. I bought the tent for my camping trips in my jeep. I will probably be using this for the short 1-2 day trips, unless I find a mattress that works well for my beat up 65 year old body. I still think ill use my big tent and cot on longer trips. But we usually move everyday to a new location. This tent should be amazing to packup quick and compact each time. I will follow up with a review after ive used it a couple times. So far awesome design, great job.

The tent is idea for me because I have limited ability with my back and shoulders and I'm only 4' 10 so its great for me, I'm not using it to sleep in, its for shelter and storage while I'm camping, but can't wait to use it, i hope its waterproof. it looks fantastic and it is easy to put up and take down, i got the 4 person tent which is a great size for me to handle on my own.
But i didn't like the the way they put a card in the bag with a QR code that offered 3 extra free gifts. The QR code directed you to trustpilot to leave a review. When I text the company about this because they don't have a direct phone number to talk to, which is also annoying, they told me that they didn't have any offers on. I feel like I'd been connded and let down. Not because I didn't get the free gifts but because of the underhanded why they used the card for the star ratings. I panicked abit because I added a photo of my licence and I then thought i had been scammed, but I found out later my licence and information was safe. So if your ordering from reactive outdoor be aware of there underhand tactics.

Tent arrived very quickly. Had an issue with the tent, which was sorted out exreemly quickly with no argument. Also made a profuct suggestion which was taken pn board.

Was happy with the prompt delivery of my order. Tent is very easy to put up. I'm happy with the tent so far.

At first i was disapointed battery kept turning off. After getting help from customer support, i realize i was doing it incorrectly. I was skipping a step. (Staking it down)
Once i did it went up perfectly. I love love love it only one thing i would change , in the front corner there's an opening for cords. I wish there was a way to seal it exp. Zipper, velcro etc

since we didn't know what we were doing the first time ...and maybe the second... we were confused. after finally getting it...the tent worked as described but was longer than the 3 minutes, and we had to help it stand up. We left it inflated for a few hours and the top went down into the middle of the tent. We then tightened the exhaust plugs and it stayed up. We are going on a 3 or 4 state camping trip in late June so when we get back from that trip we will have a very well rounded opinion! we were able to inflate our Queen size air mattress inside the tent which was kind of a must have with a 74 and 68 year old back! lol! So I'll let you know when we return how the tent performed so I'll be back!!

Reactive Outdoor is amazing, the 3 Second tent is just as described and very easy to set up and take down!

It is really amazing how easy and how quickly this tent is set up.
I will have to try it on the next 15-day motorcycle trip through the north of Spain in which I will include a trip very dedicated to the mountains range of the Spanish and French Pyrenees.
When I saw the first videos of this store, I said to myself about the speed of assembly and disassembly; It is perfect for motorcycle trips where you only spend a single night in the same place.
I have tried it at home and as simple actions as in the promotional videos.
It seems that the material is also durable. Let's hope so!!.
At the moment, I am very happy with this acquisition.

Well made tent, easy to setup, and takedown. The construction of it takes away the pain of assembly with just a touch of a button. In 3 minutes yout tent is setup. Great ventilation in the ceiling, water proof and ground level vents with windows and screens. The takedown process took 30 seconds, then all you have to do is roll it up, and pack it up.

je voulais acheter la tente gonflable, mais un amis as une tente 2 secondes reactive outdoor et vos toiles de tente sont trop fines ,ainsi due la toile de fond.
bien dommage
