Quickest, easiest tent I’ve ever set up surprisingly sturdy. Having a door on two sides is the best thing that ever happened to tents. Zipper slid easily and didn’t get caught up on the fabric as well as the fabric kept me dry and it seems quite durable above all else. The customer satisfaction was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never had customer service as exceptional as this was no regrets with this purchase at all.

I bought the tent based on the very large online presence and reviews. Although it does take me more than 3 seconds to open the tent, the quality is very good and I’ve had no issues with the tent so far!
I’m happy to recommend this product to anyone looking for a quick and small size tent for some weekend camping!

The tents are easy to put up, even for a solo traveller, easy to put away, even for a solo traveller… it was a bit tough putting it up in wind and the peg bag has split in the bag, but over all a good review! I went with the 6 person for a solo camper, but you could get away with 2 and be comfortable… I think 6 would be cosy!

My tent said it was delivered on my tracking order but it was actually sent back to Indiana because it couldn't be delivered to a PO Box. The team got my physical address during a holiday weekend and got it sent back out pront.

Their 3 minute Tent leaked like a sieve and is not designed to withstand a typical British rainstorm. We found the small flysheet useless against heavy rain in strong winds, causing pooling below the flysheet. This flysheet also flapped noisily all night. We also found the attachment points for the guy ropes are in totally the wrong place and allow the poles to bend sideways in the wind, putting undue pressure in the pole hinges which could result in damage (we tied the guy ropes as close to the hinge as possible and this helped). We also found that the single skin around lower levels will wick moisture into the tent if anything touches it whilst its raining. The flap covers for the zips catch easily and are very frustrating. All in all not the quality design it advertised.
On the plus side we had a no quibble return done swiftly by customer services (but had to pay for the privilege)

Absolutely brilliant

Went camping on the weekend and set up this tent for the first. So extremely simple to put up and then pack away. Highly recommend

Vom System.... aufblasbar bin ich begeistert.
Das war's dann auch schon....leider.

Bei uns hat es dreimal geregnet. Nach dem ersten mal,waren innen bei den Stützen Wasser.
Beim zweiten Mal kleine Pfützen.
Beim dritten mal ein kleiner See.
Und zusammengebrochen ist es dann auch noch, da ein Wind aufkam.
Gott sei Dank...wir haben es nur probehalber im Garten aufgestellt.

Wasserdicht......auf keinem Fall.

Received tents ordered as informed by their delivery tracking. The Reactive Outdoor tents are really as easy to set-up and take-down as shown in their videos. Each tent bag includes tent, tent-top cover, a ground-sheet tarp (to protect the underside of the tent), 4 guy-lines, and 8 pegs to secure the tent down against winds. Tried the small tent indoors, and our child had fun pretend camping. Looking forward to trying the big tent outdoors. Will recommend to friends.

First and foremost, the company (specifically Jack) has contacted me and asked about how my experience using their product was. I like that, shows this isn't just a sell and screw you we got your dollars. As for the product? I set it up and broke it down and it did better than advertised. I haven't slept in it yet, but I am positive it will be great.

I've been hesitating to buy this tent for almost a yr and now that I have it, i don't know why I waited so long. It works exactly as advertised and the customer service was 5star! One very happy little camper!

We have had our 6man Tent for a couple of months now and have tried it in all weather conditions from very hot . Very windy and then lots of heavy rain. It stood up to all the different weather conditions brilliantly.

Was only hoping the tents would be as good as promised, ultimately very happy that not only was that the case, but a few bonuses thrown in. Extra warranty is welcome, checklist is helpful, and a few of the recipes look promising.

We had an issue with one of the two tents we bought and although it was over a year with the tent that had problems releasing and opening up properly, Jethro without hesitation offered to have it replaced after we explained our story. That kind of service is just amazing to still see, in this day and age. Aside from the tent which is very easy to use and super fast to set up, like all the reviews have suggested, we love the tent. It was why we had bought two in the first place. Thank you again Jethro for making this an easy process and to continue letting us have such a blast with this tent.
