This was my first inflatable tent, and I’m seriously impressed! It inflated incredibly fast, kept us dry through the rain, and was just as quick and easy to pack up. It made camping so much more enjoyable—I would definitely recommend it!

I am truly amazed with this company. I was skeptical that the tent wouldn't be what it claimed to be ( 2 step 6 berth self inflating) or that in fact it would all be bogus. However, delighted to say not so at all. The tent arrived in a couple of days. Charged the power pack and unfolded the tent, made sure the valves were closed and pressed the button. Voila, it did it all itself. i just floofed it out a bit. I had one small problem and emailed them in the evening. Jack replied the next morning and had sorted everything out. The Customer Service is second to none. Delivery was super quick. Customer service was exceptional and the product itself is amazing. They put their money where their mouth is. The small details even before i had put the tent up were impressive. the tent is light enough for me to deal with alone, and with my disabilities this is a real game changer. The bag has a drawstring not a heavy zip; easy to pack away and get out. Inside attached to the bag itself is another bag with pegs in, and more importantly printed fabric instruction, one side for erecting, the other for deflating. it's the attention to details that no one else thinks of. I am so happy that this is not another bogus company claiming amazing things. This company is legit and stands by its products. I can highly recommend the product and the company wholeheartedly. Super impressed.

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service I’ve received from Reactive Outdoor, and particularly from Jack in Customer Support.

I bought my tent last year and have used it on around eight motorcycle camping trips. It’s genuinely been a great bit of kit – incredibly easy to put up and take down, compact enough to carry on the bike, yet surprisingly spacious. At 6’2”, I can comfortably fit myself and all my motorcycle gear inside. It has also kept me completely dry through some pretty miserable British weather!

Unfortunately, during my current trip around Suffolk, I encountered some very strong winds which caused several of the hinged joints to buckle. The tent remained standing and, importantly, continued to keep me dry, but the frame was clearly damaged.

I contacted Reactive Outdoor not really knowing what to expect, particularly as I’d owned and used the tent for over a year. Jack’s response was exceptional. No quibbling, no attempt to find a reason why it wasn’t covered and no request to package up and return a damaged tent. He simply acknowledged what had happened, apologised for the experience and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to my home address.

That is how customer service should be done.

What particularly impressed me was the human element of Jack’s response. He clearly read what I’d written, understood that I was halfway through a motorcycle trip and responded like someone who genuinely cared about resolving the problem rather than simply processing a complaint.

A product developing a fault can happen. For me, the real test of a company is what happens next. Reactive Outdoor, and Jack in particular, could not have handled it better. In fact, their response has probably made me more confident about buying from them again.

So, five stars for a very good tent, but equally importantly, five stars for Jack and genuinely excellent, straightforward and decent customer service.

ACHTUNG! Nicht kaufen! Das Zelt ist für den normalen Gebrauch völlig unbrauchbar. Keine Stabilität in den Stangen, die Gelenke verbiegen bei leichtem Wind.
Retoure auf eigene Kosten, dann ist das Paket nicht zustellbar weil an der angegebenen Adresse niemand ist und wird nicht bei DHL abgeholt. Also Rückversand auch nochmal auf eigene Kosten.
Ich kann weder Reactive Outdoor als Verkäufer noch das Zelt empfehlen!

Our 3 second tent arrived really fast in the post. We purchased it for our 10yr old to use at his school camp and he and his mates were able to put it up so easily on their own. Taking it down was just as easy. So far, no complaints, might just be a little warm with windows on the smaller side as we live in the NT. 3 man tent.

This review covers the four times that I've used the tent over a three year period. I'm not a regular camper. I used the tent for the 1st time in the summer of 2024 at the ABR Festival because my mates were camping, actually my first time sleeping in a tent in my six decades,

As a biker tent, it was bulkier for the bike than other lesser engineered variants that I'd researched, but that's the trade off for the assembly mechanism. On that first use in 2024 there was some heavy rain & strong winds on the Saturday night and it coped very well, not a drop of rain got through. However, a couple of the joints on the main legs had a lot of lateral movement, one was really bad and couldn't achieve the perfect curve of the other three but it didn't cause the canopy to collapse. Also, when I was taking it down, movement on the joints wasn't as straightforward as shown in the video. It had been awkward when practicing in the garden, but on a windy campsite it was difficult. That said, it did come down and was easy to pack away again.
It was pretty much the same pattern when I returned to ABR in 2025 and again this year, 2026. It was noticeable in 2025 that that leg joint was losing more strength and I had to apply a cable tie to the leg and the guy line to maintain the tent shape. This year, 2026, saw another leg slightly out of shape. I used the tent a second time (the fourth in total) on a trip to Scotland in July. This trip saw two legs collapse overnight leaving the canvas/material laying directly on me inside the tent.

I've previously been complementary to Reactive Outdoor on social media posts and reached out via an Instagram post asking for a contact email so that I could contact them privately. I received a reply from Jack and I emailed them my concerns/observations regarding the tent. The reply from Jethro (suspiciously AI generated) sent on 27/07/2026 said:
"Thanks for reaching out and for being so discreet online—we really appreciate you looking out for our reputation.
That definitely doesn't sound right. The 3 Secs Tent is built to be tough, and having the structural poles lose their integrity after only four uses isn't the experience we want for our campers."
The reply concluded:
"Because you've been such a loyal camper and this happened so close to your warranty expiry, I'm also going to flag this to our senior team right now to see if we can make an exception for you."
That was the last response. I followed up on 31/07/2026 & 13/08/2026 but received no further response.

I'm disappointed on two counts. Firstly that the product failed with so little usage, and secondly that the customer service element has not met an expected standard. Even if the resolution is ongoing, a holding email explaining this is not an unreasonable expectation. The product concept and execution is excellent, the water proofing is excellent, the durability and customer service is sadly lacking.

I had given up on ground tents before i saw this awesome product, so quick and easy to use.

signing up for the extended warranty period was incredibly easy. the customer service is unbelievably responsive. I can't wait to use the tent for a camping trip in a few weeks.

Love the easy of use in both erecting the tent and packing away.

Good value and prompt service. The tent arrived in a few days and although I haven't had chance to use it yet it looks really good.

The tent is fantastic, so easy to put up and down, especially when you are camping on your own.

The 3 person was great for kayak trip. Plenty of head room & a dry bag. Didn't rain, so as of yet hasn't been tested. Love it.

I have only put my new 2 man tent up and down so far, but so far so good! This is what I have always hoped for. Goodbye those annoying, confusing poles!
Probably 2 man is stretching it because you still need room for your “stuff” inside - 2 small children yes, or one man, plus “stuff”.

I would have got the 3 man if I could have afforded it as a senior, but also 2 man was better for my proposed hop over to an island with my bike. It’s going to be quite an experiment to see how that goes! Knowing that I can at least just pop the tent up without any stress when I get there, that’s a plus! The two man is still a bit heavy, but if you are transporting it by car, (which I normally would be), that’s not an issue, and if you can afford the 3 man or larger, it would be worth it, especially as any size would be easy to put up and down.

The delivery was prompt and personalised attention was given by RO as to how I wanted it delivered using Australia Post, which I appreciated.

In fact RO customer service was exceptionally good and I felt listened to by humans in this increasingly AI dominated world.

Ich habe das Zelt für Festivals und Motorrad Touren gekauft. Es hat bereits 3 starke Unwetter überlebt und es ist trocken geblieben. Ich hatte mich für das große entschieden und finde leider das es etwas kleiner ist als erwartet. Es lässt sich aber super schnell und leicht aufbauen und auch Rück zuck wieder einpacken. Ein Nachteil sind noch die Bodenhaken. Es sind die normalen Billigdinger und sie fallen zudem aus der extra Tasche in der Zelttasche, weil da nur ein kleiner Klettverschluss dran ist. Der müsste durchgehend sein damit die nicht in der Tasche herumfliegen. Ich fände auch schöner, wenn die Tasche mit einem Reißverschluss komplett zu verschließen wäre statt nur drum gewickelt. So ist es teils an den Seiten etwas offen wodurch Viecher im Schuppen oder Nässe beim Transport auf dem Motorrad reinkommen kann. Ansonsten bin ich aber sehr zufrieden. Auch die Belüftung ist Klasse, weil es dadurch nicht so schnell zu Kondenswasser kommt. Natürlich heißt das aber auch, das Kälte leichter rein kriecht.

Amazing company

I testet my new middle sized RA tent in August and was delighted by its quality and easy use: set up and dismantled in less than a minute. No problem when it rained all morning. I recommend it without hesitation.

I received the tent quickly - within 4 days, I believe. The 6-person tent was temporarily on back order so I went ahead and ordered the 4 person instead. I have tested it out in my back yard and was pleased with the simplicity of the set up and amazing quickness of the take down.
I do wish I could have bought the 6-person however and would even suggest ordering the 10-person tent if it’s in your budget. The 4-person is small, but I’m glad I can fully stand up in at 5’3” with plenty of room above my head.
I’m looking forward to the simplicity of being able to set it up and take it down without help on camping trips.
Tip* when you drop in the battery to inflate it, make sure you push the battery firmly in place until it clicks. I wasn’t setting it in place properly at first and thought it wasn’t working.

My anywhere hammock arrived quickly and it's just as described! Quality materials. It DOES only take a minute to set up or break down. Lightweight but sturdy. And I can actually put it back in it's carry sack. This will be going everywhere we go in our RV. :-)
