I have just ordered - now I have seen the reviews I am really worried

After using this for 6 days straight it has hardly pulled any water out. Try and contact them regarding the functions and query if this is faulty, zero response to my question if this is faulty. I would say this company is complete scam and the product a complete waste of money

This is a scam. The product is not made in the UK. The product review is fake. The journalist who had his ID stolen has not recommended this item. They will send you a plastic box with lights on. It does not work. They will not refund you. Raveno was only set up in February 2024. The director is a con artist. I have reported to companies house. I am asking google to remove review. I am bamboozled as to why the review is still available when this dehumidifier has been subject to a bbc investigation. I have of course complained to Raveno and they have asked me to send evidence that the product is noisy! I have said it does not work and is noisy but hey it's a stalling tactic on their part to make your day miserable. Don't do it don't buy it!!!! Wish UK government would pull their finger out. The great British public are being scammed by dodgy Chinese products masquerading as British products and the government does nothing! Trading standards do nothing and not even the BBC could do anything .....don't buy it! Tell everybody

I ordered the dehumidifier from the TOP 3 review website looking now you can tell its written to promote this dehumidifier only and descredit all the others. I looked on here afterwards and tried to cancel right after placing the order. If you try cancel I gurantee the first email you will get is to say its already shipped sorry. Refuse delivery charge is £40 or will cost you £45 to return there is no guarantees the will refund either once you have returned. Dont make the same mistake i DO NOT BUY FROM RAVENO
UPDATE: I recieved £98 back from them better than nothing but better still don't buy anything

This company was previously known as "Dryease". Check out on Trustpilot. It's a SCAM in which you will completely regret becoming involved. I have reported it to ACTION FRAUD and yet they are still allowed to SCAM people. Listen to the BBC Podcast "Dehumidified". It's not a pleasant experience which you should well avoid!!

Appalling company. Inferior product and no chance of a refund as previously mentioned. If you check out their mother company it’s a grim read. I ended up on this site due to journalists article which it seems had been hacked. Imagine any positive reviews not to be relied upon.

Purchased this Raveno dehumidifier for use in the basement. It's compact, quite, easy to use and works very well without taking up much space.

Ordered dehumidifier after seeing a review by Luke Edwards. It arrived they didn't say useful only for a dolls house it's tiny. Emailed to return fir a refund several times no reply then received a long poorly written email today telling me what a hassle it is to return I must pay to send to China all costs despite their website promising a refund if returned within 30 days. Have raised a dispute via credit card hoping for a full refund.

I received a useless mini dehumidifier from Dryease, who have already changed their name to Raveno. There is no phone number to talk to a customer service person. I have sent numerous emails asking for the unit to be collected, for a return label etc. Their replies are laughable, anything from "turn it on for 3 days then send a photograph of the water collected in the tank". "What is the humidity and temperature in your area?" Completely useless product and clearly a scam. I am hoping my credit card will be refunded

Scam company!! Avoid it.
I have order normal size dehumidifire but it arrived some mini version. I have paid £140. Later I asked to return it they have keep sending me some rubbish emails. I realise that is a scam company thats why now I do not try to send it back because I don't think they will return the money and on top of that have to pay for delivery back. Also they keep chainging their name, Google has to be mor careful because I found it recommended by them.

DO NOT BUY. Scammed by this company when it was called Dryease. Reported to Police Fraud. BBC podcast Dehumidified describes in detail this scam. DO NOT BUY. Bank will hopefully refund as this is a fake company. Have crime number from Police Fraud UK. Very clever scam.

Please be aware this is a scam company from China.
It used to be called Dewett , then due to extremely bad reviews it’s changed its name to DryEase then due to more bad reviews it has now changed its name to Raveno , if you do receive your humidifier, it will not work, but the chances are you won’t receive it please do not believe these positive reviews because it’s all rubbish, it was given amazing reviews on Google by a supposedly journalist called Luke Edwards telling you how wonderful this dehumidifier is please do not buy. Please watch Rip off Britain on Tuesday.12th November as I will be talking to them about this company, but I got scammed when it was called Dewett , thanks to Rip Off Britain. I’ve got my money back.

I bought this dehumidifier to protect my clothes and books from moisture damage and it's been a lifesaver! My closets and storage areas are noticeably drier, and l don't have to worry about mold anymore. And the tank is big enough, so l only have to empty it once a day.

This is my first dehumidifier, and I'm impressed by how simple it is to use. It pulls much moisture out of the air, making it worth every penny.

Dehumidifier arrived on time as promised by Royal Mail. Well packaged, a really neat little machine and it is working well. Very happy so far.
I would buy from Raveno again with no worries.

I was worried a dehumidifier would would be noisy but this model is surprisingly quiet! It's energy-efficient too, so my electric bill hasn't noticeably increased.

RAVENO former Dryease, Dewett UK! SCAM SCAM SCAM dont buy this product. Beware! You wont get your money back!

Of course I have fallen victim to this scam
Only after I parted with my money and no confirmation email arrived did I think of searching this company
How stupid of me and how disgusting of them
Stay clear !!!!!!!
