AVOID this company. The product is totally useless. After 60 hours continual use it gathered less than a teaspoon of water despite our windows streaming with condensation. The Google review is FAKE and this company are just scammers. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but do not honour it. I thought it was a British company but it's actually Chinese and the product is not fit for purpose. Total crap, in fact.

It is absolutely fraud company. I have cancelled my order within 1 hr after ordering, but still it has been dispatched and delivered. I haven't opened it but still told to return to china address..

Rubbish dehumidifier. The positive reviews are wrong.
Hardly collects any water and expensive to run.
3 days in, and my clothes is still wet.

The refund policy is: Items must be in new and unopened. Which is absolutely useless to me or anyone who want to return it.
I should have bought a condenser tumble dryer instead.

So what is dial number 10 for in the useless manual you supply.

The product is not as efficient as they claim. Had it for a couple of months now, and as the weather get colder and more humid the need to use a dehumidifier is greater, and it just does not the job. Regret purchasing it. The Raveno customer service is not great either.

This dehumidifier has been running flawlessly for weeks, and I haven't had a single issue. I'm really happy with my purchase!

Absolutely rubbish, I am trying to get a refund and return this humidifier, total rubbish and the sales team are giving me the run around trying to get my money back,Google you should be ashamed of yourself giving this a 5 star rating.

Avoid this company at all cost, the appliance is useless and the after sales is dreadful. Ask for a refund and keep asking the same questions.

Arrived as promised. Thought it was very small. Read a review which recommended this dehumidifier. Absolute crap !!! Had it on for 12 hours collected all of 10mls of water. Now read the other reviews on trustpilot . Apparently a scam !!! Don’t order from this company !!!

This is a scam chinese company!!Avoid at all costs.It's a sub-standard piece of tat which costs £25-£30.Hopefully you have read this before ordering but don't worry if you have ordered and your getting fobbed off regarding returns.Banks and credit card companys are fully aware of these jokers and have plenty of evidence regarding refunding you.If you got duped after reading the top 3 google review please make sure to complain and keep complaining to
google until it's shut down for good.Can somebody from google please explain why this top 3 review is still there and people continue to be scammed because of it????

This company used to go by the name of Dryease - before that it was called Drypulse - and before that Dewett - check out the reviews there. Raveno will probably change its name sometime in January. You have been warned.

this company are based in China so to return you need to pay airport taxes etc. absolute con. i would not recommend to purchase this. take days to answer e mails again because they are in China. Product is as good as £ 50 one from Argos so don't be fooled.

Purchased the dehumidifier on the reviews online which I have now found out to be fake. Ordered the item at 08:15 and sent an internal and email to cancel the order, both were ignored. Item arrived and it's tiny! Item left unopened and unused. Requested a refund and this is the reply I have received.

1. You need to return the product to China yourself and bear the return shipping cost;

2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant tariffs and a 15% return fee;

3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.

4. The return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us.

Our return address is not the address on the package, we only accept the return address we provide; if you return the package to any other address than the address we provide, we will not be able to receive the package, and at that time, all losses will be borne by the buyer .

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning items from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.

In this case, how about we refund you 3% of the order and you don't return the package? You can leave items there as gifts for your friends or family.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrendous company AVOID at all costs!!! They took my money, now I have no product and have lost my money. They continuously lie and scam and cheat people!!! You will lose your money and not receive anything!! AVOID these scammers at all costs!

I use my Raveno dehumidifier in my camper and it's amazing! It fills up with water every other day and my camper doesn't smell musty anymore! This thing is a beast - especially for such a small dehumidifier!

As per all the previous 1 star reviews this company is to be avoided. Impossible to immediately return a sub standard product. Stay clear and hope your bank provides a refund. Checked their Head Office details with Trading Standards in Islington who are aware they have been misusing the address and are contacting Companies House for the address to be removed.

Utter junk - don’t do it - they asked me to keep it running for 3 days to see how much water it collects .. I put it in for. 3 hours and it failed to collect a teaspoon full where humidity was 77%

Return requested - ha that wont work

I wish I had read these reviews first. Like everyone else read the review on google and just purchased this dehumidifier. I have emailed immediately to say cancel my order. Rang my credit card to cancel the payment but they are unable to do this. I will refuse delivery if it turns up and then try to get the money back. So angry. Well it was delivered, left on my doorstep. No returns label. Been on for 6 hours now and not a drop of water in the tank!!!

Ravano useless, Go to trust pilot first. I guess I need to go to Trustpilot first. Useless dehumidifier. I fell for the scam. Interesting that there are only 1-star and 5-star reviews. Ergo 1-star are real, 5-star are bogus. I will go to my CC for a refund.
