This is a scam! Stay away from it! They pretend to be a UK business but are a fraudulent Chinese company.
To return an item they ask to pay for their shipping cost, restocking cost and the shopping cost back to China although it comes from a UK warehouse. Fake online reviews. Cheap and nasty product

Scam scam scam product. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews I genuinely think these are a scam too.
This product does not work as described, all the one stars reviews all say the same. The company will comeback with can you keep the temp at this, humidity at that, then it will work, it’s all a scam to put you off pursuing the company for your refund. If you have been unlucky enough to buy this product try contacting your credit card provider to help get your money back. (If you bought it with your c/card). Oh the company that put it in the top 3 is from Indonesia, the journalist Luke who wrote the article his email is debunked….. fancy that! UPDATE: check out the people who gave it full stars, they are all from people with one review, which makes me suspect even more that they are fake too.

Scam alert: They frequently change their website name, including Lurun, dryease.co.uk, and now raveno.co.uk. Returning their ineffective device is nearly impossible.

DO NOT BUY …… Please read all the reviews I wish I had, they are right the product is cheap and doesn’t work as described, cheap Chinese product. Try claiming money back through your credit card companies. I’m going to write to rip off Britain, would love them to look into this scam company. The company doesn’t want to know you all at.

They are a scam don’t buy from them, I bought a dehumidifier it’s so cheap and doesn’t do the job. I contacted them several times. They will not let me send it back nor will they refund me either. Worst company I’ve felt with……. Stay well away o

After trying to return my item on more than 3 occasions here is their response as follows.

There is nothing wrong with our products.
I need to explain that returns are a hassle.
Please note:
1. You need to return the product to China yourself and bear the return shipping cost;
2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant tariffs and a 15% return fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4. The return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us.
Our return address is not the address on the package, we only accept the return address we provide; if you return the package to any other address than the address we provide, we will not be able to receive the package, and at that time, all losses will be borne by the buyer .

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning items from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.
In this case, how about we refund you 3% of the order and you don't return the package? You can leave items there as gifts for your friends or family.

Looked good online so I ordered one. Arrived and it's shocking how bad the quality of the product is. No more than a cheap fan in a cube.
Asked for a refund and and a return address to send the product back on the day it arrived. Since then I have been given excuse after excuse with no return address or acceptance of a return. 100% would avoid this company as its a complete scam.

I was also fooled by the review website that is also a scam site, I have also requested a return, and so far they keep asking the same questions, which I answered, that the box is unopened and the item is unused, I have contacted Amex who have withheld their payment, however today I received an email, stating that the item is delivered and they will damage my credit score unless I accept the product at a 20% discount. So again I have emailed requesting return details. Also the product does not have any CE or UK compliance marking which I understand is a legal requirement in the UK for electrical products, therefore I would also not want to actually plug this in and risk my home.

Unfortunately, I didn't see these reviews until after I purchased the product. I found the product on a "Top 3 humidifiers" list, and to be fair, it all appeared "safe". It wasn't until immediately after, that I started to do some research, that I found out there might be a problem. I sent an email to cancel my order, 20 mins after placing it, thinking that will be quick enough to cancel before they send it. I've just received an email now (14hrs after ordering and my cancellation email had been sent), say exactly the same as what other people have mentioned. " Sorry, the order has been sent out...etc". Strangely, no email specifically had been sent to say the order is on its way, like all other companies, just this one responding to me wanting to cancel.
I will try contacting my bank as the money is still pending, but I don't hold out much hope.
If I do receive the item, I'm guessing that all the 1 star reviews will also be correct, and that the product itself will also be useless!
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I returned the items (I stupidly bought 2) because I realised when I received them that it was not going to do the job. I also discovered the same item for sale on amazon for almost half the price! The drawer was difficult to open and it looked small and plasticky. I have asked for a full refund and everyday I get an email saying they will give me a discount of 3,5,7,10,15% It will take a while to get my full refund at this rate. It seems to be registered as a UK company under Maylerescope LTD but it is all lies on their website about refunds.
Please do not buy from them. You are wasting your money and will struggle to get a refund if you are unhappy with the product.

Leaving this here as I'm waiting for my full refund. If they wish for me to leave a better review, then do so soon.

I fell for this along with many others. It's a scam and has been reported to action fraud.

Rubbish company.
I emailed thirty minutes after making a purchase that I wished to cancel and they ignored that until two days later and of course, until the item was dispatched then claiming it was too later to cancel and just refuse delivery.

That's exactly what I done and instead of receiving my full £138, I got £98 as they claim there is a 10% restocking fee.

Absolute joke and read up more on the fake positive reviews before contemplating buying anything from this sham of a place.

I was skeptical about its energy efficiency, but my electricity bill barely increased. The dehumidifier runs for hours and doesn't overheat or drain too much power.

Product smaller than advertised. I cancelled prior to it being dispatched after retrospectively reading the horrific reviews on here!!! Yet they still dispatched it. I refused delivery (on their advice), and then they claimed it had been delivered, until I showed them pictures of the postman and the box with "refused" written on it. I have since had a refund but it is £40 short which I am taking them up on now as their T&C's state if the order is cancelled there are no fees, if the order is cancelled in transit its 10%. which is £13.80, not £40 ! They are clearly dodgy, stay away. They also trade under the name EliteVac. I would report them if I knew how.

One is far to high for them the dehumidifier was very poor and not work as described, I tried dozens of times to get my money back under their 30 day guarantee refund with no success, I am pursuing in the small claims court.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I ordered this item based on Google reviews. It was delivered to to Dunstable instead of Brighton. Now having requested a refund, I have been told I will get £98 instead of the £138 I paid. Still arguing with them as nowhere on there advert does it mention a reduced refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
