The website is Raveno UK. We were advised on a delivery time of 3 days. It has now been a week and after checking the tracking data we can see that it is still in China.
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. I will try to get a chargeback as suggested in other reviews.
Update : I did not manage to stop the delivery. It has now arrived and is faulty. The company are now refusing to give me a refund.

Product does not work, company refusing to provide information on how to return it and refusing to provide a refund. Absolute scam. Suspect email replies are AI generated. “Ariana” is not at all helpful.

I ordered as the review seemed amazing ,I paid £138 pound and I never received an email so I thought this is dodgy, it says 24 HR live chat you can't evan get on it is all blocked. I had to search around and found a site with a form I could fill in, so I cancelled, i managed to get £117 20 back.they took 15 percent of they said it had been shipped, which is a lie, I'm still getting in touch each day telling them I want rest of my money it is a scam.

Don't go anywhere near this company. They operate a scam. the product is substandard and it is incredibly difficult to deal with them. They also have small print within their T's and C's that mean you will have to pay £40 for a refused order with the courier. I raise a dispute through my credit card company. I would not touch this company with a barge pole if I were you!! Shame on you Raveno - you are a scam

If I could give 0 starts I would have done it. Yes I’m another fell in the scam trap of this company. Ariana the “sales director” absolutely rubbish. I have showed them their dehumidifier is not working compare to the proper one I have bought after with pictures evidences. The proper de humidifier was collecting 4 litres in 12 hours where theirs was collecting not even a litre in 3 day. Their reply :
The engineer checked the dehumidifier for you and it is in normal working condition. Our dehumidifier is a semiconductor dehumidifier, which can collect up to 1L of water a day.

If you are not satisfied with the product and need to return it, you need to pack the product intact and keep the original packaging and return it to our after-sales department. You need to bear the shipping cost.

Or you can accept our 3% compensation, you can continue to keep this product, and we will provide a one-year warranty service.

I also fell into the trap of the Raveno humidifier being #1 on what must me a scam review site. I have received the unit but it is useless.Small humidifier noise..useless.Please every one avoid avoid to buy..

SCAM! They were trading under DryEase back in October, but now they are trading as Raveno UK. The company behind it may also be called MAYLERESCAPE and has an address in London, but I think it's coming from China. I found them through a fake product review, which still online. It's entitled "3 Best Dehumidifier UK: Top Picks for a Dryer Home in 2024" and the fact that "dehumidifier" is not plural is already a sign that this is not legit. I later sent an email to the "Luke Edwards" email shown there, but the email address bounces.

The Raveno UK website promises a "30 day refund guarantee". I received the product, but when I realised it was much too small, I requested a refund. I was told I would have to ship the product all the way to China and the costs would be so high that it would be better to accept a 3% (!) refund and keep the product instead.

After several email exchanges with "Claire, Sales Director" who uses a standard email template, the offer went up to 5%, then 8%, then 11% and now 15%, but that is still ridiculous. Every time I ask them for the return shipping address, but they refuse to give it to me.

Citizens Advice assures me they are in breach of contract for not giving me the refund and they can't change me high shipping costs they didn't tell me about at the time of purchase. They said they would report them to Trading Standards fwiw.

Looked online for the best dehumidifier on the market and this raveno came up with all the best marks so having thought it was a great option I purchased one , wow what a disappointment the unit is small and pointless is barely removes any moisture , DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

This company (RAVENO UK) stated the price for their dehumidifier as £200 and were offering it at the sale price of £138.

We had recently been using electriQ 12 litre Low Energy Dehumidifier and had been very heavy with the substantial litres of water it was collecting - this was recently selling for £159.96. By comparison, the RAVENO UK dehumidifier was a toy. It was very small and whilst our old dehumdidier collected 2 - 3 litres in just over a day, the RAVENO collected just over 2 centimeters in a small catchment chamber in 4 days.

Even worse is the company's After-Sales treatment of its customers. They are not listening to our genuine concerns, offering tiny discounts on an item we said that we wished to return within 24 hours of receiving it. When they finally agreed for us to return it, they said that we would have to pay for the postage.
They later said that this would be to CHINA. The item originally arrived within a few days of our order and so must have been mailed from the UK and the name of the company is RAVENO UK and not RAVENO CHINA.

As it stands we have a useless gadget boxed and ready to return and RAVENO UK still have our £138, therefore we intend to escalate the matter. We wish we had never heard the name of this company.

UPDATE: Raveno continue to offer no return address even though they say to return it. I have now had the money refunded by going via my bank. Stay way clear of this company.

Scam company advertising as a UK company but based in China. Only realised when I received email. Tried to cancel immediately but was informed item had already been dispatched! Item is tiny compared to what is advertised and probably worth about £30 not the £138 payed! Asked for a Royal Mail tracking order and was sent something that didn't exsist.
Tried for refund/return now ignoring me and no telephone number to contact them! Which isn't surprising being based in China! Avoid!!! Looked like a genuine google review, why has this not been taken down.

Complete rip off...
I cancelled within 1 hour of ordering.

I was told the order had been shipped.
I will refuse delivery and tell the bank, though I doubt any thing can be done.
Do not use this company.
They will use another Web site in the future.....

I am completely mystified as to why I so stupid to have ordered two of the units from Raveno. They have a slick looking website that has a review from someone called Luke Edwards, who according to the site (“top3-reviews.org” ) is “an experienced journalist, editor, and consultant, Luke is well-versed in all things tech, specifically smart homes.” If you are indeed real Mr. Edwards, perhaps you would like to comment. He gives the Raveno product glowing revues. I was so convinced this was an authentic revue, that I ordered two of the “Raveno Dehumidifier with Air Reusable Filter” units.
Then, thinking “hang on a minute, aren’t I the first to urge caution about such glowing reviews?”. I began researching the company a little more in-depth. Trustpilot for example gives them a rating of 2.6 (poor). Quite honestly, I am surprised they managed that. On the “top3-reviews.org” site, they have near perfect scores. Anyway, I was alarmed enough to realise I had made a mistake, and that the product would almost certainly be a waste of money. I decided to cancel the order.
I contacted Raveno via the contact link on their website about an hour after I had placed the order. I also sent an email. Both stated that I wished to cancel the order. This would have been received by them in plenty of time before the order had shipped. The next thing I heard from them, was that it was too late to cancel the order as the items had already been despatched. They advised me to “Please tell the courier that you refuse the package and do not sign for it.”. This I did. The packages have now been returned. I have the proof of delivery from the Royal Mail that the items were refused delivery, sent back and received by the sender.
I have written to them on numerous occasions requesting, more latterly, demanding a refund. From the very first contact with them, they have been evasive, always coming back to me with some lame excuse as to why they have not refunded the money. The latest of which is that they have received one of the packages and not the other. Even though I have sent them the proof of delivery documents for both.
I have also raised a charge back request with the bank. I did try and cancel the charge at the same time I cancelled the order, but the bank said they were unable to do this.
It is far too easy for thieves to operate like this with impunity. Researching these crooks, I realise that they have been operating like this for quite a while, changing their business name, presumably when their orders dry up thorough so much negative feedback. But they keep on coming back to con more people out of their hard-earned cash. None of us should have to put up with this. I wasted so much time and effort trying to cancel this order and get my money back. I really hope that “karma” does exist, and they get their richly deserved comeuppances.
Update – After countless hours of hounding these muppets, I got a partial refund. I am still owed £70 or so. They say, “Rejection will incur a fee, please read the rejection policy”. I pointed out that had they cancelled the order when I asked them to, about 10 minutes after I was stupid enough to place it, then no fees should be incurred.

Dehumidifier is very poor, the minimal amount of water extracted is a joke.

The positive reviews are obviously placed by the company and are fake,
This unit doesn’t remove condensation even after hours of use,
Trying to return is a tale of obstacles and gibberish reply’s,
They asked me to keep the temperature above 18 degrees and make sure the humidity level was 85%, so not in any way suitable for a British winter,
This company is just a scam and because they are not based as they claim in the UK, know they can laugh at our consumer protection and complaints

Do NOT purchase any goods from Raveno.

Poor-quality products that do not work; the returns process is non-existent. There is no understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the obligations of a seller.

Don't even want to give you 1 star. Even tried to cancel almost immediately and was told products had been shipped. Therefore when I eventually do receive I am returning immediately. They said I can give to the Courier but before I do I want written proof of return. Will take this further if need be and will not order anything from this Company no telephone number either to contact considering they are supposed to be based in the UK strange.

Terrible product, essentially a scam. Do not purchase this product. Customer service team will ask a bunch of non-sensical questions before refusing to let you return the poor quality product.

I purchased online. Within 48 hours I requested the order be cancelled. I had not received notification that the item had been despatched so thought this would be okay.
The response was I couldn’t cancel but could refuse to accept delivery and they would charge an excessive amount. I requested a return address but this was not provided. I therefore accepted delivery and returned the item unopened to the address shown on the parcel. I advised the company of this and they are refusing to refund my payment. Looking at the legislation on the Government website I have complied with the expected action and I have pointed this out to the company to no avail.
