Wish I could give zero stars. Spent almost £400 on tests in December but holiday cancelled due to restrictions before we could collect. Have filled in 4 forms and made 12 phone calls , each time told someone will make contact and process refund. All other travel costs refunded in 48 hours 6 weeks later still waiting for Randox to have the common courtesy to respond. APPALLING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - AVOID !

Ordered some test kits for collection for £148. Next day had to cancel the order as I was unable to collect at that location so I immediately sent through a refund request using their template. I received a generic scripted reply to the refund request but no other communications. I have chased up with them twice and still no replies or refund. It has been 34 days now. I have now opened up a dispute with my credit card company to recover the money.

Update: My CC company opened a claim for my money with Randox. After a couple of weeks Randox have now disputed it. My CC company has defended my case and sent to back to Randox.

For the home test kit Randox health recorded a different time for the taking of the swab on the ‘fit to fly’ certificate making my wife’s certificate invalid. What a mess they have cause.

Also their telephone number is just a recorded msg and no one answers the general enquiry form.

Its been a week or more and still no response from them. Took 500million from the public teat but apparently can't perform

Awful! Randox is only after one thing, your money!
Terrible customer service nobody answered the phone or emails.

Worst place to work in. Extremely poor conditions- staff is like in a prison system, no food, no tea or coffee, monitored all the time, including toilet times or water bottles(maximum 1 litre per day in the conditions in which the tap water is not drinkable…
Training made very briefly…
Tent is either extremely cold or extremely hot… Management faulty, very stressful working conditions … no customer service, no professionalism… rude and cold management….

Order Test Kits in plenty of time, items arrived but didn't realise we didn't have an order number to complete the test, tried contacting Randox via emails and calls but the service is hopeless, just cannot get through, finally got through to be told via an email that payment didn't go through, well payment did go through and i have the proof from my account they have stolen, yes stolen my money i am still trying to get through to them, and get my money back but they just do not respond my advice is NEVER USE RANDOX

Complete shambles of a company!! Ordered 7 x Day 2 tests which we collected 3 December. We then emailed 16/12 as Covid regulations change meant we no longer required testing and could not travel. Not only is a requirement that they refund but we actually were within the 2 week free refund period. I’ve tried calling and you can’t get through and have emailed twice but NOTHING!! £244 down the toilet. Absolutely shocking that this company is still advertising their services. We bought other tests from QURED, which were refunded within 48 hours. Take a note Randox. Terrible company you should be ashamed.

Promised refund for 2 unused PCR

What a scam of a company. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. On 1 January I placed an order for 2 PCR day 2 test kits for click and collect, the kits were collected. On 5 of January when the changes in travel rules were implemented, I requested a cancellation and subsequent refund. A case number was never provided, and I've had to call 3 times and write multiple emails to get the issue sorted. What else do I need to do?! Every time it is indicated that within 14 days my request will be processed and someone from the dedicated team would reply. Guess what, it has been now 14 days and it is totally Radio silence.
I demand a prompt reply and issue of my refund.

Total con this company...paid £96 for to test on returning from Spain..done test but no reply regarding tests..scumbags they are..

Our PCR tests arrived almost too early, so the results. We dropped in one of their box in the eveining and the day after we had the results. Very satisfied, after trying first with Chronomics, impossible to have a clear view of the process. We'll certainly use Randox again.

Paid £110 for a PCR test 16th December for a return trip to Switzerland only for that country to change their requirements to a LFT. Requested a refund from Randox now three times but despite their assurance STILL no money has been forthcoming.
WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

We purchased 2 day2 pcr test kits for returning to UK. We dropped them off at Dropbox at Glasgow howard Street branch. One week later have not had the results and you have to isolate till you get the results. They do not answer there phones or emails. Will never use this company again.

We bought some home antigen tests to travel back to the UK from Spain on 02.01.2022. Tests were taken on 31.01.2021, 48 hours prior to departure.
My son’s result came as Unclear. A second test was done with the same result, Unclear.
We knew this was incorrect; we used free NHS tests to compare and they all were negative.
New Years Eve was ruined, worrying about whether the whole family would be able to return to the UK.
We were unable to make an appointment at a private clinic. We managed to get an appointment in a hospital on 01.01.2022. This meant extensive travel and lots of time wasted, as this was a state hospital, not a private company.
Test was negative and certificate issued. Used this certificate to travel back to the UK.
0n 03.01.2022 I phoned Randox. They refused any form of compensation but agreed to resubmit tests to the lab.
On 05.01.2022 we received a revised negative certificate. Useless to us as we had already travelled but proved that Randox had interpreted 2 tests incorrectly.
By sending a revised Negative certificate, they acknowledge the results provided on 31.12.2021 were incorrect but they refuse any compensation, not even a refund for the 2 tests that were wasted due to the errors on their side.
Appalling customer service.

Excellent service from ordering click n collect, sending pcr tests pick up point, received email after midnight advising received, results by 9 20am excellent service, thank yoy

Paid for two, day two tests for entry into the UK. 24 hours later the reference numbers we were given don't work, they are not answering the phone and I have no results. My wife works in healthcare and needs the certificate to start work. Absolutly useless.
Seems amazing that in Portugal I can get this done for free without an appointment in a choice of places near my home and get my result straight to my phone in two hours. In the UK I stand in a queue in the rain, pay a lot of money and don't get it on time, if at all.

Day 2 test. Took a week to receive the results back in which I had to isolate. Customer service doesn't exist. Do not book with this company.

Needed a predeparture test. Paid premium price to get it done quickly. Double checked at site all done correctly. Assured would get results that day. Results never came. Tried phoning and emailing. No reply Had to book emergency test at a high cost in order to catch flight. Very stressful and expensive. This company is not to be trusted!

Cancelled my test Covid 19 day 2 test. Three emails and 40 min phone call later and still no refund 4 weeks later. No point calling them as after 40 min wait and hearing the advise to call some other time they cut me off. No way to contact them on social media as it takes you to the company contact website. They also limited who can comment on their posts on Facebook (very clever so nobody can see angry customer's comments). Joke.

I had 2 PCR tests taken at the London Waterloo Randox centre and both times I had excellent customer service.
Rico went out his way to help me connect to his router and retrieve my booking, answering questions about time slots and delegating issues to his manager.
Thank you also Michael for your guidance and management.

Overall really quick and efficient and the most reliable covid testing service I found.
