Randox is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they'll take your money easy enough and give you the wrong advice, but won't even answer your messages, bad bad service, stay away

I purchased a PCR at-home test and asked for a refund as the restrictions changed in early January (I was travelling from Paris to London). They told me I could buy a lateral flow test and they would give me a refund for the PCR one. I filled a form and sent an email and never got any answer.

Test kits for travel have not arrived and I am struggling find alternative. Website says the kits are pending with the courier but no indication when they will arrive! Helpline number is just a recorded message and no help whatsoever! VERY ANNOYING

My wife needed a pre-departure PCR test and she opted for click&collect. After driving to the collection point, we were told there were no PCR tests available! Waste of time and money! She had to ask for a refund on the 7th of January 2022, but no refund was issued! She contacted by phone customer support on the 7th of February 2022 and she was told someone will call her about the delay in refunding, but nobody called back! A total scam!

I requested a refund from Randox in November 2021 for a lateral flow test which I had booked. I only got email replies stating a member of staff would contact me. Couple of days ago I contacted Leah Warnock at covidcustomersupport and she was able to have my payment refunded, very happy with the service received by Leah.

Please do not purchase from this company unless you are willing to loose your money. I cancelled my expensive UK entry test 2 days after I ordered it because the government changed the rules. I have chased Randox a number of times and was told my case has been escalated but still nothing not even an email saying they are looking into it. This is a company that has been handed multi million pound contracts by the government, but still will not refund the money they owe people.
I know a bad review will not get me my money back but this company is being recommended by a number travel companies and they need to be addressed.

Scam! AVOID at all costs! Months later and I still haven't received a refund I'm entitled to for my Covid-19 PCR home collection kit. I cancelled the kit on the same day due to restrictions changing, so I didn't even pick it up! Customer Service on the phone is not helpful and no response to E-Mails. They gave me a refund number but apparantly I was going to hear from somebody and there's nothing more they can do. Well I didn't hear from anyone. I am appalled! This is outrageous!

Purchased a 48 hour predeparture test kit via click and collect from the Blackburn mall. I’m flying out on Tuesday and their website stated I can collect from the mall on Sunday as they’re open.

I get to the mall and guess what the section is CLOSED !!

Firstly I'd like to point out there are more than one Randox on here. For your voice to be heard you'd have to write your comments on all of them. My dilemma is exactly the same as a previous complain on here by another user. When booking a PCR test they authorisation states Dean Taxis not Randox. When calling Randox you are on hold for at least 45 mins and once the call is answered the so called customer services person is none the wiser as to why this is happening. After that you are advised to book online as they won't take a booking over the phone. The whole point is that you can't make the payment online as the merchant is not the correct merchant

I had to cancel 2 tests on 2nd January due to becoming covid positive. They say they will refund cancelled tests so I applied for a refund and, other than an automatic acknowledgement, have heard nothing since despite several follow up emails. It now February 3rd

I asked randox to re-test my positive PCR swab as I had also took a NHS PCR test that came back negative. Apparently they retested it but refused to give me the official results of MY swab test.
When trying to clarify the matter after over 2 hours on the phone in 2 days the rude women hung up on me as I was asking to speak to someone higher as she couldn’t solve my issue. I DONT have MY report.
They are holding my own data. It’s absolutely disgusting.
This is the second issue I have had with randox as the first was testing me wrong in November that still hasn’t been resolved.

Absolutely appalling! I booked a test an express PCR through Randox. BIG MISTAKE! They done my test day before flight, later that evening reading through my results again to check my paperwork was in order I realised they had done an antibody test ‘by mistake’ which meant I would be unable to get into Dubai. After rushing back to test site I managed to get retested but Randox staff really couldn’t have cared less. Apparently it was my fault because even though I had booked and paid for EXPRESS PCR I should have checked with them before they done it. Apparently when I asked the person doing the test if it was definitely the express PCR and she said it was - that wasn’t enough, I should have also checked at the reception counter!!! The staff had absolutely no interest in what they were supposed to be doing, and some were busy dancing together in the walkways of the marquee, or sitting around chatting. It was entirely unprofessional, the the people I spoke to clearly didn’t care. I pointed out if I hadn’t have noticed their mistake I would have lost my whole holiday and she just shrugged her shoulders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. I have since used Express Test at Heathrow and they were absolutely fantastic, a million times better and worth the extra cost!

This review is based on customer service experience rather than with the testing process itself. We've used Randox antigen and PCR home tests for three trips so far, the app is easy to use and results fast. However, we recently purchased x4 certifly antigen tests, but as travel rules changed these were no longer useful. I initially sent a website contact form, heard nothing within 2 weeks, so I then called. I was told sure, these can be changed over to day 2 tests, as the physical antigen test is the same as certifly. 2 weeks later, still no confirmation this had been done. By the third call over a few weeks (after holding for 1 hour each time), I am now told no, the change cannot be made and that I should just sell them to someone else that can use them! I'm going to continue chasing until I get a refund.

After submitting covid tests in oct 21 (and not getting results) still chasing a refund. Numerous calls and emails made and all I keep getting is a standard email response saying case closed.

I would advise anyone not to use this company - they are cowboys - once they have payment there is zero customer service

US govt policy changes meant I needed to change the test I'd booked. This is not possible on their website, so I cancelled by email and booked another test.

I've had no response, never mind a refund.

The website design and process is awful.

I completed the necessary document to cancel the tests (within their 14 day period) and request a refund and yes I’m still waiting. Randox do not reply their Customer Service is awful. Don’t use this Company.

Bought Randox remote Lateral Flow Kits (inc 2 PCR Tests) the day I had to pick them up the the testing criteria changed and we only needed to complete the 2 day Lateral Flow tests. Completed the necessary document to cancel the tests (well with in the 14 period) and yes I’m still waiting. The cost was £107.88 not as much as many other peoples outlay, but still a quite an unnecessary amount.
Randox don’t answer messages and Customer Service is abysmal. Don’t use this Company.

Sad to say this company are nothing short of gangsters. They have made a fortune out of Covid but treat “customers” like dirt. Hopefully Covid is leaving us but I will never use this company again for anything. They are the Ryanair of health companies. When other companies where refunding lateral flow kits as people had to buy PCR kits instead, they refused and don’t reply to emails.

I have just tried to book 4 drive through express PCR tests at Stansted Airport. Got through the whole booking process entered my credit card details to pay £320, the NatWest verification process came back and told me I was trying to pay merchant "Dean Taxis". I have queried this with Randox and they cannot confirm if this is correct or not. I am waiting for a call back. Has anyone else had this problem?

Terrible customer service. I lost 120 pounds because I got stucked in the immigration queu and couldn't get there in time to do the PCR. I've been trying to get in touch with the company for a month to request a refund and I've had no response. Wish I could give 0 stars.
