Efficient, friendly and flexible service
This company is good to deal with. They are flexible, allowing you to have different elements of the system delivered at different times - which has been useful as our system is for a new build. Both deliveries were good and came when they said they would.
I can't comment on how it works as it is not installed yet.

Next Day Delivery
My local Electrician rang on Friday and spoke to the Technical Dept. He explained the problem with the Rainwater Recovery and it is likely to be the pressure switch. A video was sent with instructions. The replacement was despatched on Friday and received the next morning. Excellent service thankyou.

Very helpful, but ...
The help offered by the office was very good and the new pump provided works well. I have not given a 5 star rating because I had to get somone to help me withdraw the old pump and fit the new because the 90 degree pipe coupling was almost impossible to reach. I would have preferred that a Rainwater Harvesting rep undertook the work at a reasonable price but as I live in Swansea, the price was prohibitive. As such you cannot really claim to offer a national service.

Thank you for your kind words about the service offered by the main office and I'm sorry about the problems you experienced whilst fitting the pump.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to replace the pump when needed within the system design to enable customers to use local tradespeople as opposed to specialists which unfortunately are often a long way from your home.
We are in the process of trying to source a team of installers throughout the UK that would give you a more financially viable option than our own technicians.

We bought our 4800 litre RWH system from Rainwater Harvesting some 12 years ago, we got great unbiased advice on what to buy and how to install. Over the years we’ve needed some ongoing advice and a couple of spare parts.
I’ve mainly dealt with Tim who is super knowledgeable, friendly and very professional, he always aims to help us repair where possible and as and when a part does need replacing through wear and tear he’ll give us a fair price with prompt delivery.
Without question I would recommend RH as the go to firm for all your RWH needs.
Five stars all the way.
