Incredibly good customer service.
Had a problem with a pump - spoke to an engineer very quickly, they helped me work out what was wrong. Couldn't be fixed over the phone, so they collected it the next day. Repaired it, and returned it a few days later. All covered under warranty.
Highly recommend.

Spot on experience
Spot on experience. I'd seen the system at a housebuilding show and the guys held the price for me for 18mths. How good is that!! Delivery no hassle ,straight to site,unloaded with a digger. Very polite and helpful guy on the delivery truck. All in all 10/10.
