As a "non-technical" domestic customer living in a rural area with frequent power cuts, and no mobile signal at all, I needed advice on a reliable battery backup for our new FTTP installation. This equipment replaces our old "copper wire" connection which will be removed in 2027. We are "of an age", and need to be able to call emergency services in the event of a power cut. I'm grateful for the polite, personal service from Naz Desilva, who was very helpful. JS

Just had our new CyberPower 40kVA UPS installed here at NorwichDC by the team at Critical Power, and genuinely impressed with how smooth and professional the whole job was. They clearly know this equipment very well and handled the installation with proper care and attention to detail.

Everyone we dealt with was really kind, very patient and happy to explain things along the way. They took the time to walk us through the system and answer questions without rushing, which we really appreciated.

I had a great experience from Jason. I bought an UPS and it didn't come with the UK leads, so contacted Critical power supplies and they sorted the issue within few hours. Also they sent me the leads and the adaptor the next day. So quick and efficient sales, understanding the end user needs.

Ordered a UPS for my home office at 16:00 one afternoon - a chirpy delivery driver thrust it into my hands before lunch the next day!

Great price, massive range of products, obviously got their eye on bigger and more important customers than me, but it's nice to see the little guy still gets quality service too!

Excellent Customer Service. I received an APC unit Faulty out of the box from CPS, intially after being told to contact APC, Jason at Critical Power Supplies got in touch to let me know a new unit (higher soec'd than we had actually purchased due to stock) was on the way and arrived with me within 24 hours. Jason went above and beyond to ensure we weren't left without a unit.

I bought a small UPS to mitigate some of the brownouts we get here in the countryside. Service was no fuss, quick delivery, great price, goods as expected.

my company required PDUs and ATS at very short notice. we had tried several suppliers who gave us 2-3 weeks lead times and came across Critical Power suppliers. spoke with Chris Health who immediately corresponded very well over email and updated via numerous calls. thee end result was we had all our items delivered within 2 working days from the time of order. excellent service

Ordered from you for the first time and paid extra compared to other suppliers as I required next day delivery which you promoted. I also paid extra for next day delivery but the item was not delivered. Apparently the courier attempted delivery but was not able to deliver. However, we are an organisation that was open and available to take deliveries at this time and therefore there was no reason why it could not be delivered. You may want to raise this with your delivery company as you are likely to lose business as you did in this case - I asked for a refund.
