With the Railboard iPhone or iPad app, you can save lots of money by finding super-cheap split train tickets. Plus, you have easy access to live train times powered by National Rail Enquiries.
With Split Tickets, our clever algorithms find combinations of tickets that together offer the same journey but at a lower price than a regular ticket.
This is done by splitting regular train tickets at calling points along the journey. So instead of one ticket from A to C, you have two tickets from A to B and B to C. Great app for navigating UK’s clumsy ticketing
Such a great app, I’m so glad it exists. Our rail network is embarrassing compared to most of Europe, this makes it tolerable.

My other half bullied me into going…
My other half bullied me into going digital and enough already with going to ticket office and buying the paper paper ticket's. Used your app, same price as ticket office and seamlessly slid into the apple wallet. I’m sold.

Better price / journey option available this time compared to Trainline & TrainPal. In my opinion it’s worth checking more than 1 app- they often show different options. App & service very good

My “go-to” app for train information
Railboard is great for up to the minute train information. Easy and accurate. It’s also nice to be able to buy train tickets here (much better than the ScotRail offering which rejects loads of perfectly valid credit and debit cards.

Always a wide range of options for bargain tickets. Although it's great to have a choice, some of the options are not very practical as they involve several changes of trains and a lengthy journey, but there is usually at least one that is attractive.
