DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have so much to say! What started out as my mistake of ordering the wrong bag went left quick! My order, once correct should have resulted in me owing them an extra $50 which was fine. Instead, I received an invoice for over $145 after already paying $118. My son knowing I was waiting for the invoice immediately paid it because he had my phone. I quickly tried to correct this but Queenira seeing that they were coming out the winner lied and said I choose the bag with the primehide, more expensive leather which was another lie. That same day, I found an invoice in SPAM for $50 which was what I owed making the initial $118 and $50 the true price. They refused to listen and held strong to their lie refusing to refund my stolen money! The bag showed up January 28th when though they said it was delivered January 26th and the strap wasn’t even included!! I fear we all are being misrepresented as I order black predominately but I fear this isn’t a black owned company!!! Telfar would never!!!

A Beautiful Majestic Handbag.
I purchased a Queenira Majesty Known Premium Leather Handbag in Royal Purple. It is a very elegant looking handbag and is quite different from anything I had seen in the past. When I first saw it, I immediately thought of my cousin, who's favorite color is Royal Purple. And since she is very entrenched in Black and African history, I felt that this was the perfect gift for her. She was overwhelmed with joy when I presented it to her and said she would wear it proudly. Queenira was very effective at communicating throughout the ordering and shipping process. The purse is stunning! The pictures were awesome, but the actual product in your hands, it's on a whole Nother level. If you order the real leather like I did, make sure you buy Quality leather Care products. I bought this for my wife for Christmas and you should've seen the jealousy on the faces of my mom, Aunt's, sisters and girl cousins LMAO. She received compliments the very first time she wore it out. This is actually her second purse. I bought her the bound by knowledge for Thanksgiving and it was the same reaction from strangers, white and black, male and female. I don't know how many guys this review will reach but fellas if you want all the special treatment that comes with giving a great gift, this is your chance to take 2026 by the horns. There are so many choices to choose from, It is literally mind-boggling. But take the time and go through the product line. I'm sure you will find something that represents your sweetheart. I have been eyeing the Queenira bags for quite some time. I decided to purchase the Crowned In Onyx Premium Leather Handbag for myself, my mother and sister. Wow! I was not disappointed. The customer service was outstanding. They tracked my packages the entire way and kept me abreast at all times. The bags and wallets arrived without damage with dust cover bags and are beautiful. The designs are amazing. The features are simple and exactly what I want in a bag. The zippers on all the bags and wallets work perfectly. I'm so excited for my mother and sister to see theirs on Christmas morning. As for me, I have to wait also.

As a man, I was blown away with these purses, and I purchased one for my daughter and one for my niece, and they are excited about them.
