I never received any product

Queenira, where’s my bag?

I ordered a bag for my wife and also a wallet. It was during the Christmas rush so I expected some delay. Well I got the wallet in February and the bag never showed up. After contacting Queenira they said it was the shipping company and it was up to me to contact them. I then got a failed delivery notice from them in March. Queenira said any item returned to them due to failed delivery are destroyed! If I still wanted the bag, I have to send them $110 for re-shipping. I asked for a refund instead and was slapped in the face that they cannot issue me a refund and they blamed the shipping company. I capitulated and sent them the money for re-shipping. It’s May, and nope, no bag! This is definitely a fraudulent business! Do NOT Buy from them! By the way the wallet was not as pictured on their website and of cheap quality.

The company flagged my very poor review of their bag for defamatory content, which is completely false. I gave a honest review of their bag and the very poor customer service received. The bag I received didn't provide the detail it represented online and they would not refund me anything. Nothing

This place is a scam do NOT give them your money

This place is a scam. If I could give minus, minus zero rating I would. I ordered and paid for a clutch purse. $59.98. Not only was the purse I received not the one pictured in the advertisement, but the quality of the material is cheap plastic. They will not allow me a refund claiming there has to be a defect in the product. The whole thing is defective from the advertising to the lack of quality in the product received. I strongly very STRONGLY ADVISE NOT GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. They do not live up to their own product. They are thieves and liars.

No response to "Where is my bag"?

Ordered a bag for 89.99. I went through my Affirm card. They have received 2 payments already and still no bag, no email and no tracking number. I have sent messages that have gotten no response. I want my bag or my money back on my account.

I am very disappointed with my experience. The product I received was not an accurate representation of what was shown on your website, and the quality did not match what was advertised. This is the 2nd premium leather hand…

This is the 2nd premium leather hand bag that I ordered for my wife . The Implementation of better protection inside plastic shipping bag was very well done.

It would go a long way to further impress purchasers of the premium leather bags if there were leather tags inside the premium leather hand bag as its to be expected for stepping up to premium order.

Wife loved the bag

Great Customer Service Quality Product

I like how queenira kept open communication with me while waiting for my purse to arrive. Always encouraging messages to me and even when I had doubts about what the product would be I received kind thoughtful emails. I received my purse yesterday and it was everything I expected and more. I’m not carrying a purse I’m carrying a work of art.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! The whole ordering process has been a nightmare. It has been over 30 days since I placed my order and not only was it delivered to a different address in another state, the company asked me to contact the shipper to find it/fix the problem. Additionally, I thought I was supporting a black owned and made product and found out the purse is made in China! Very disappointed to say the least.
