Need to change the courier service.
Can't fault the CS from previous experience and love the products. Ive been a lotal customer for way over 12 months now, but the issue still persists. I never had an issue with my deliveries until you started using Yodel. DPD never let me down. Now I'm still paying £5+ to nominate a day in know ill be in but they never deliver. My most recent delivery was a day late and my current delivery is now a day late too. I've not even had a notification from the courier. Please change back to DPD as default.

Top quality raw cat food
Top quality raw cat food, my bengal has IBS and this food is the best thing to manage her delicate digestive system. She's also the silkiest cat I have ever touched, I credit her Purrform diet for this. I have tried other raw brands and Purrform provides complete raw meals that feel the best quality and stay fresh for the longest time. This is my 6th year as a customer.

I tell everyone I know with cats about Purrform. It’s completely resolved my cat’s digestive problems. She was so miserable, and had diarrhoea and was vomiting after most meals. I started her on Purrform and within two days she was feeling much better and now she’s absolutely fine. That was five years ago!

My cats absolutely adore Purrform raw food! They have been eating Purrform since they were kittens and they lick their chops after they've finished their bowls.
I love Purrforms complete ranges especially the pouches. My boys coats are shiny and healthy, and they are full of energy.

I’ve got three cats eating purrform frozen minced rabbit and ox heart for the last about 3 years.
My cats have great fur and are super fit and healthy. They have lots of energy.
High quality raw meat. What our lovely carnivores should always be eating.

I have used Purrform for over two years and have never had any issues. My Maine coon loves the Farmed Rabbit with Ground bone and Ox heart .Very good service and value for money . The trial pack is really good to sample the different flavours

Excellent product. Our cat is healthy and fit on his Purrform diet. He has had this since he was 10 weeks old and is now 11.
Delivery is prompt and everything is well packaged. Cannot fault them at all.

Excellent quality and my cats love it 😻
I’ve been using Purrform for 3 & half years and my cats love it! The quality of the meat is superb - delivery always quick and it’s always well packed and frozen on arrival. Since using PF my cat’s fur is so shiny & their teeth pearly white. Another benefit is, because there is no wastage, their poo doesn’t smell & is tiny & hard. 😁

15 years of feeding Purrform
I’ve been feeding Purrform to my cats for around 15 years. Always top quality food and every scrap is eaten. My cats thrive on it, are healthy and their poops are virtually odourless. I had a friend visit me for the first time recently & she remarked how she couldn’t tell I had cats as my house didn’t have that cat smell. It’s because Purrform is quality food with no fillers.

My cats love your food
My cats love your food, all rabbit flavours, Venison & Quail are their favorite.
You know when it's feed time they are shouting, climbing over their plates to get at their food.
Since I started giving them Purrform Raw food their coats are so silkey & shiney, & best of all they are more content/healthy with a better diet.
I would recommrnd Purrform even though it is abit more expensive the quality is 100% pure meat & bone.
If I was a cat I would buy it for myself 😽😽

Fair price, palatable and make's feeding my fussy cat cooked meat easy I just wish they would change the rapeseed oil to an animal fat as it makes me nervous to use it long term

Speedy dispatch and delivery
Speedy dispatch and delivery. Well packaged. I find the price works out expensive for me with 10 cats as 1 scoop to 100g of meat when one preps 1.5 kg a day is a lot. Then delivery on top. Shame that there is not an option to buy in bigger quantities ie a big tub or a discount for buying in bulk. Or even free delivery for larger orders. On this occasion I made use of a Christmas 10% off which helped a lot. That's my only gripe as I have confidence in the product. It is a little low in choline and as with must completers, low in omega but easy to rectify. However that does add to the cost. No completer is ever going to be completely purfect though. My fussy cats had no issues switching to this product.

Looked at Purrform for my cats
Looked at Purrform for my cats. Picked the trial pack at £17.79 and added to my basket to try. I was to be charged £11.60 DPD for postage. This is expensive, and a put off for any new customer . I already buy dog food from a reputable trust pilot reviewed company which comes frozen to my freezer , justifying 12 pouches cat food for £29 when £11.60 of that is postage is pricey so I’ve removed the item from my basket and decided too expensive and I don’t scrape the budget on my pets health

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we completely understand why the delivery cost on a smaller, trial-sized order can feel off-putting, especially for new customers.
As our food is raw and frozen, all orders must be sent on a next-day frozen delivery service. To ensure it arrives safely frozen, we use well-insulated packaging and ice sheets, which unfortunately adds to the cost. This same specialist packaging is required regardless of the size of the order.
All parcels are delivered via DPD, and the delivery charge is passed on directly and transparently to our customers. DPD charge a flat rate for parcels up to 20kg, which means the delivery cost is the same for a trial pack as it is for a much larger order. Because of this, trial packs can appear less cost-effective compared to larger orders — something we appreciate can be frustrating.

I don't know what I would do without this company. The difference it has made to my cats health and wellbeing is enormous. My 18 year old cat has suffered with IBD for many years. He reacted to chicken, beef, fish and any other meat I tried. Purrform offered rabbit as a novel protein, raw, with nothing else added. Result - no more bloody diarrhoea and a happier cat.
