Matériel de qualité, le service client est très à l'écoute et adorable (un petit souci sur les 8 éléments reçus, dû à un transporteur peu précautionneux) et Jason a très bien géré la situation.
L'emballage est très joli, parfait pour offrir directement. En l'occurrence c'était pour moi même, mes 3 stations de boutures n'attendent que leurs nouveaux occupants !

Recently found this company while I was looking for a present for a close friend, who LOVES plants and being as kind to the environment as we can. I was sooo impressed with all on offer and loved the look of the propagation sets. The company's ethos is very eco friendly and customer service second to none. Speedy delivery, too. Really easy to order and the package looked fantastic when it arrived. The propogation set was lovely and my sister, who it was a present for, was really pleased. We had a small issue with one of the vases being broken in the post but Purple Turtle immediately agreed to replace it (and, in fact, to send two in case the same thing should happen again!). Really like all the effort put into using sustainable materials too.
