I haven’t received the item and had no response to my email asking when it will be dispatched. Not normal service as I have had stuff from here before but not great when it’s radio silence

I’m very sorry for both the delay and for not replying to your email sooner.

I am currently abroad for my son’s wedding, and before leaving we sent several emails to all customers, as well as posted updates on our Facebook page, to let everyone know that orders placed after 3rd July would be delayed while our family was away. Unfortunately, it appears some of those emails were filtered into spam folders.

Your order is being dispatched tomorrow (Sunday), and I’ve also replied to your email with an update.

I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. I hope once your order arrives you’ll feel able to update your review to reflect the outcome.

Poodle head vase

Beautiful vase, bought it for a friend, my son and his wife bought me one for Christmas, to remind me of my poodles, who sadly are no longer with me, she also loves poodles so I know it would be appreciated.
