Great Service from Jessica!
Had an issue with my order missing a Water Bottle.
Sent an email in and within 45 minutes I recieved an order confirmation to say my bottle was on the way. Also recieved an email shortly after from Jessica informing the same. Great service along side the best Gels and Electrolytes i've used!

Great gel
Love the flavour of the berry gel; it’s not overpoweringly sweet compared to other gels. Smooth, fairly liquid texture so makes it very easy to consume on the go and it was easy to open! Not so sticky that it sticks your lips together either. All good. I took the gels every 30 mins on my long run today and I never felt under-fuelled. I felt energised and strong right to the end. Happy to report no gut issues either! I will be using these gels for my next marathon.
I had a slight issue with the delivery but received excellent customer service from Puresport. Would highly recommend.

Excellent product and customer service
I ordered creatine sachets for travel from Amazon, where the package was damaged and I received less than half of the sachets within the box. The team was very accommodating in understanding the issue and resolved it by sending another box. The customer service is fabulous where the email responses are prompt and they make sure about customer satisfaction. The creatine itself is 100% pure and fulfills the nutritional requirements. They have elegant packing and the product works as intended. I highly recommend this brand. Thank you team for your continuous support. You’ve found a loyal customer.

Pure sports Electrolytes and Gel Review
Bought the ultra electrolytes, and variety pack of gels…recently used one packet in my 500 ml flask, and also took one citrus gel after 45 minutes of running my long run of 8 and half miles, and finished feeling stronger than usual, I’m running the bath half on the 15th March so will definitely taking 3 gels but using them every 30 minutes along with zipping the electrolytes drink. Really liked the taste and had no stomach issues and felt really good the whole way, can highly recommend, and the real test will be bath half marathon LFG!!!!

Recently ordered some Gels and electrolytes (repeat order). Unfortunately one of the gels split in transit/delivery and leaked all over. I spoke with Eliza from their support team who was incredibly helpful and arranged a new delivery within a few hours of messaging. Great service and great products.

The best customer service
I placed an order early Sunday morning after feeling the effects of dehydration from some epic winter Munro walking on Saturday. Silly me didn’t check the delivery address details, and I contacted customer service to plead for the order to be redirected to my current address. Lovely Eliza got back to me very quickly and sorted it all out - such a Sunday morning hero. Thank you very much. If the product is as good as your customer service then I have nothing to worry about.

Five hour Fast Fix
I was delivered a box of pure sport gels, when it arrived 3 gel sachets were damaged. Upon contacting customer service and showing them the damaged goods they sent me out a new box. My email was responded to within a few hours. Eliza was polite and repectful its nice to have someone like that in a customer service role. You have definately got it right pure sport.
