Customer Service and Supplements
I ordered some ultra ashwaganda and some ultra magnesium, had a small issue due to the delivery company, but the team at Puresport made it impossibly easy for my order to get back on track and arriving even sooner than expected, I hear only good things about their products and I am excited to find out more about the whole echo system they have built. As they said, we are here for the long run, I am too. Amazing company, would definitely recommend!

Puresport use the highest quality of products which you can definitely tell as I’ve never had a problem with any of their products. They also put users first and have excellent customer service. The magnesium tablets are excellent, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my sleep since using them for only one month.

I have subscription for the energy gels which as long distance runner are absolutely amazing. They taste good, feel easy on my stomach as in the past I have struggled with certain ones.
Every month they are always on time, and as an added bonus they throw in subscription rewards which I think is a lovely gesture.
I have recommended them to my friends due to them being so consistent.
I have also bought some of their socks and a 250ml water flask which also exceeds expectations. Thank you for an all round lovely experience consistently.

Purchased a pair of orange performance…
Purchased a pair of orange performance running socks. Looked amazing initially, however, after a few washes the colour had completely faded and a little further down the lines they had huge holes in. Really awful quality. Also, the negative review I left on their website was never published. (Sure I'm not the only one there. Not to mention the suspicious plethora of 5 star reviews left on here by users with 1 review to their name.)

The only electrolytes worth drinking and a super helpful customer service team. They helped me divert a parcel when I was staying elsewhere which meant I didn't run out as I really can't live without them!

I needed to cancel my subscription as I…
I needed to cancel my subscription as I still had some left, the customer servce was speedy to help me. The prodct it's self is really great, flavours are all delicious and will def go bck when I need more. I would reccomend! Only flaw is that I wish they gave you a heads up that they were about to charge you for your subscriptin and give you the options to pause, skip etc liek more other subscriptions do.
