What I did like is:
1 - The drawdown actually happened.
2 - When I call a real person answers the phone.
What I don't like is:
1 - It takes so long to get the drawdown money into my account I am told four weeks!!! I can transfer money with in two hour on my normal baking transactions .
2 - On the website the user journey to request a drawdown is flakey. I key in my reason for the request and this then vanish from the screen when I press continue.
3 There is no final document or screen that shows you the request. it just vanishes no feedback!!!

My request was made quickly and efficiently

Excellent service through our agent liaising with Pure on the conditions off our loan.
Disappointed that we had too find a new survey at considerable cost too us, despite a previous Pure loan and then having an overview of our priority value.
Didn't hear from Pure for a few weeks, as the documentation they said had been posted out previously, was
not received. That was concerning, as our private documentation went elsewhere.
Eventually after a period of nearly two months, the funds were transferred.
The timeframe

now things have settled down and I have got into the routine ,very pleased

The decisions were quick, the only thing i would say, they need look at more comparisons when it comes to the valuation of your property. I feel the serveyer was quite negative about our bungalow. The. Money came through on the date they said.
