I recently dealt with LiveMore for my remortgage and cannot recommend them highly enough. From my first introduction, Umar Khan made the entire process incredibly straightforward. His level of support was exceptional; it felt like having a trusted friend guiding me through every step. No request was too small, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. The turnaround was impressively smooth and I am very grateful for your help, thanks again Umar.

Umar was so helpful and understanding, ensuring I received the best offer he could get for me. Being 62 seemed to be an issue for all other lenders, even though I only wanted to borrow £70k! Madness when my credit score is amazing and I’ve had mortgages for over 30 years. Divorced women having to work well past retirement should not be penalised. Thank you Umar and Livemore for your understanding of the modern world. To top it all we then had a rushed completion and Livemore still stepped up! 10/10 from start to finish. Thank you!

My experience with LiveMore Mortgages was mainly through my broker, and they maintained me well informed throughout. However, I feel that LiveMore Mortgages is let down significantly by their law firm Enact, who made it extremely difficult for any conveyancer or even LiveMore's own staff to contact them (no phone number just an email and wait up to 48 hours for a response). Their requests around due diligence were excessive and this caused so much frustration - to the point of panic - that really should have been avoided.
I was fortunate that Lee Miller from LiveMore Mortgages went above and beyond to open the channels of communication with Enact, and thanks to his pure tenacity, he managed to save my house purchase. This would have been a 5-star review had it not been for the issues with Enact.

Absolutely professional service from start to completion. It was a daunting experience but it was made so simple by livemore mortgage company. Many thanks for all your assistance.
