I've just received a tote bag purchased through Debenhams Store. It's a Christmas present for this year (2020). I just need to know the country of origin the leather is sourced? If it's from China I won't be happy, I can't find a label inside the bag giving me this information.

Not happy I could not find s telephone number for customer services to cancel the order I made 20 minutes ago. Nor did I receive an acknowledgement email. They took my money in seconds though.
I just don't trust this transaction and need a six digit code to guvr to my bank.
I have sent them three emails.
Has anyone else experienced this?
It just feels all wrong.

After leaving a review where i raised my concerns that there was immediate fraying of the stitching on the card slots, i am pleased to say that after removing the loose threads the fraying has disappeared and i am very happy with the appearance, quality and performance of my wallet. Also noting that the manufacturer responded straight away to my negative review by offering to resolve the problem, which in the end wasnt necessary because there was nothing wrong with the product. I am sorry for any negative publicity caused and hope that this positive review helps to address. I would recommend this wallet.

Hi I posted last year that my son had had one of your bags for his 18th and had barely used it (it looks like new) the zip broke. I was offered a 10% discount on any future purchases, which wasn't what I wanted. I was hoping the company would offer a solution to repair the bag. His twin brother was given the same bag in a different colour and just tended to use the bag on special trips away and that still looks in good condition. Guess what!? the zip has gone on this one as well. Luxury products you may think you sell but the quality of materials you are using must be substandard for this to happen twice. With regards to the first bag I took it to Timpsons and the gentleman there stitched the zip where it kept coming apart. Its not a perfect solution but has mean my son has still been able to use it and they didn't charge. Funny how some companies are so helpful whilst others aren't. Now that the other bag has broken they will be heading for recycling and I shall probably replace them with a Barbour holdall which my older son has had much longer and the zip has remained intact.

I just wanted to say how much I like this company. I have had three bags for myself and two more as gifts for my friends. I also bought a beautiful purse for my sister in law with her initials.

Good leather but poor quality lining and stiching very disappointing.

Used this site many years ago for various gifts, its certainly changed for the worse.

Bland products/poor selection, cluttered website, hard to browse.

Very happy with the item and process.

I invested in a Conkca leather cross body bag expecting it to last me for many years. After 2 months of light use, the inside fabric lining had come un-stitched and I had to repair it using fabric tape. 7 months on and the stitching on an external leather pocket has come un-done. I don't have the skill or tools to be able to re-stitch thick leather so I now can't use that pocket at all as things just fall straight out. I thought that spending over £100 on a small cross body leather bag would mean I got quality and an investment piece I'd be able to use for many years. How wrong I was. To add to the confusion Conkca don't seem to exist as a brand any more and all social media posts route you to Pure Luxuries. Very disappointed with my purchase and won't buy anything from them again as the quality just isn't there. I think the fact they only offer a 6 month warranty tells you that their products that look and are priced like investment pieces are only fit for a few months of use.

The quality of the mens holdall bag received was fantastic and looks very well made. I bought this as a gift for somebody and I know they will love it!

Fantastic customer service! I also purchased a wash bag but there was a problem with the embossing however customer services sent a replacement very fast and were very apologetic. Will definately shop there again.

I had a problem with a bag I purchased some time ago. Customer service advised how to return it and within a couple of days it was returned to me in perfect order. Delighted with the service and won’t hesitate to use them again.

I had a problem with my recent purchase from pure luxuries, stitching came away on handle, I couldn’t remember when I purchased the bag but customer services had all my details and sent me a return label and postage label with no quibbles. They didn’t have the same colour bag so offered me alternatives or full refund. My returned bag was received in just a couple of days, it was super quick and efficient!
The whole process was stress free and very quick.

Prompt attention to orders are a real good point as far as I am concerns and this is a service u receive from this company. Very considerate when u call them on the phone most understanding too. Good company to work with. So many people have commented on my goods, so speaks for its self

I didn't like it

This was my first order with Pure Luxuries and I couldn't be more pleased. The Customer Service team were excellent and helped me to get an item embossed. Delivery was super quick, and the gift was beautifully wrapped too. The recipient was delighted with it so I'm very glad I tried PL. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of purchase.
