Beautiful bag, poor personalisation result.

The mini Polly is a really beautiful little bag. Really nice quality, thick leather, well dyed and lined. It can hold way more than you think and it was great for my use as a bag on holiday for the essentials. It held a folding hairbrush, small card/zip wallet, hand sanitiser, lipstick, tissues, face powder, small hand cream, nail file, tweezers, table bag hanger, iPhone, 2 passports, medication, scrunchie.

The colour (in my case, a beautiful baby blue) is as shown on the website and the fastenings etc seem sturdy and of good quality. If I had not had personalisation, I would give five stars. I particularly love how the strap adjusts as it is on a slider, which is way better than a buckle strap with the end hanging loose. It really is an ideal little bag and is perfect on my five foot nothing frame.

I was a little disappointed with the personalisation when the bag arrived, but I put the issue down to the fact that gold is being stamped onto textured, pebbled leather and so you might expect some inconsistency in the finish.

For full disclosure, I put leather protector (beeswax) on the bag as I do with all new leathers but avoided the lettering.

After a week of use, the lettering had mostly worn off. I contacted LRM and was advised that I could send the bag back for it to be embossed again, but as this would be at my expense in terms of both money for postage and time/inconvenience (working when the post office is open) I am not going to do this. For the purposes of customer service, they could have sent a new bag and a postage paid return for the old one. However, this was not offered and if I had been offered a replacement, I would have asked for it to be sent without the embossing.

Terrible experience with this brand

Terrible experience with this brand.
Ordered a bag with express delivery 21/6/26. It is now 5/7/26 and I am yet to receive the parcel. Customer service is shocking, I am having to email multiple times and I’m yet to receive a reply. Wouldn’t recommend.

Customer service doesn’t exist unless…

Customer service doesn’t exist unless you’re some sort of influencer!!!
Been chasing my order for over a week now and got nothing back. Need the items for a holiday, asked when to expect shipping, got a robot response, so requested the order to be cancelled and been ignored ever since.
Will be making a charge back from the bank this morning.
Pity those influencers don’t tell us this sort of detail isn’t it.

Terrible Customer Service

As many have already said, read the reviews!

The bag arrived, quality was 'ok' but not quite the colour I wanted. I contacted them straight away to organise a return. Multiple emails which escalated to me having to contact my credit card company for support, LRM finally shared return details and I actioned the same day. I had to pay to return it as well as have a £3.50 'admin fee' deducted from my refund!

Nearly 3 weeks later, my refund has arrived - customer service needs to improve! Far better quality products out there with much better customer service. Would not recommend or order again from LRM.

Excellent and simply gor-juss!

Brilliant experience

I enquired about an out of stock produce via LRM's online chat function and had such a prompt and thorough responses offering an alternative to the out of stock item. I then proceeded to place my order and my items, with personalisation arrived the next day. Such great quality bags and fantastic service. Thank you!

Great product and quality….very poor…

Great product and quality….very poor customer service! I ordered my bag and qualified for a free makeup bag, when my bag arrived the makeup bag was missing , despite a note on my order showing the special offer code! I contacted customer service and they replied saying there wasn’t any mention of the offer code on my order so basically better luck next time! I rechecked my order and screenshotted the order to them and haven’t heard anything further since! LRM…if you can’t provide the offer goods- don’t use false offer codes to entice customers.

Beautiful back pack

I got a beautiful backpack for my daughter. Great quality, love the colours and embroidery was excellent. She takes it with her everywhere we go. Perfect size for nursery and outings, would definitely recommend as a present for young kids!

I’ve just bought my second Polly 😍 …

I’ve just bought my second Polly in Pale Blue Pebbled 🩵and as ever I’m so impressed! I’ve bought many LRM bags over the years - and there’s a reason why! The quality is second to none - any order I’ve made arrives quickly and beautifully packaged it is such a luxury experience. The clasps and hardware of the bags are good quality and I’ve never had an issue with any of my bags. I love that bags can be given a new look with an alternative strap which there are so many gorgeous designs to choose from. Me, my mum and my daughter each have an Ella heart bag which have all been personalised and for no extra charge! I doubt this will be my last purchase - I have my eye on the mini Polly so my daughter can match! Thank you again LRM ❤️

Looks great, quality’s great, service is great

Bought a lovely card holder wallet for a friend and the quality is great and looks great too. Easy website to order on and nice that it gives you the different options on the lettering colour.
Delivery was easy and came quickly.
Went down very well as a gift and would definitely recommend 🙂🙂

Great service and Quality

Brought the Fleur hip bag glasses case set in pink for my friend and it’s gorgeous. The website was easy to navigate and place an order, and the bag arrived as expected and in perfect condition! I am so thrilled with my new leather…

I am so thrilled with my new leather Olivia Tote Bag from LRM GOODS. I went with the brown suede but debating getting the black leather version too! A great size bag which I use for work - fits my laptop which was a must!
Did need to change delivery address which was changed without any issues. Thank you LRM GOODS!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I payed £175 for a bag , they said it would come on the Friday, it never turned up and when I enquired they said they didn’t even have the bag let alone sent it. They are refusing to refund me my money I have had to get my BANk involved.

My partner ordered me a bag for my…

My partner ordered me a bag for my birthday on 28th April, paid for express delivery 1-2 days, birthday has been and gone and no bag received, communication is terrible, company does not seem interested in the slightest. Emailed, messages, dm on instagram, just ignoring him! Bag is still showing as “awaiting fulfilment” so they have not even posted it yet! Really disappointed as I have bags from here and love them but this has really put me off! Hopefully we can claim back the money through the credit card company, absolute joke!

Excellent service from LRM. I emailed to ask whether the Polly bag was available in a certain colour and a sample was available for sale. From my first enquiry to receiving my gorgeous bag, the customer service was superb. Well packed and quick delivery and a fabulous bag, well made and one that I will enjoy using. High recommend LRM.
