Made my first handbag purchase from Pure Luxuries last week. I wasn't sure what the handbag would be like at such a good price. My handbag arrived today (Monday) and I only ordered it on Thursday so very quick delivery. It was beautifully and carefully packaged too. I ordered the Keira tan and it is absolutely perfect and I am so pleased with it. I tend to hang my bags from my shoulder and the straps are just the perfect length for that. Pure Luxuries will definitely be my 'go-to' shop for handbags in the future.

Purchased the Freer' Rich Chestnut Leather Tote. It arrived today, it's gorgeous and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The quality is fantastic, the leather is butter soft. I'm really taken by the gold embossed logo as it matches the gold hardware perfectly. I will certainly be buying from this company again and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of treating themselves. Delivery was lightning fast. 👍😁

I ordered a Colette powder pink handbag, and it’s beautiful. Soft leather, and great quality. Delivered on time, and packaged well.
I haven’t used this company before, but will definitely do business with them in the future.

Just received my leather back pack bag and I am soo pleased it was a bag I have scrolled the shops and internet to find. I wanted a larger bag to go with my smaller bag for my daughter’s wedding to keep larger items in. I was dubious ordering from the Pure Luxuries as have not heard of the site previously. Thank you

I have just received my gorgeous simone black leather
backpack. I bought it to replace a leather backpack i bought elsewhere that the zip broke in a matter of weeks .This bag is a beautiful leather and just the right size not to big or to small but holds a lot .And it was
delivered really quickly .When i placed the order i had it delivered to work ,and thought i had not put the full address .So i emailed customer services for them to check and they replied really quickly and reassured me the address was ok .Fantastic company really efficient and a pleasure to deal with which is rare these day. i would definitely order from Pure Luxuries London again. I just bought the Alexandra Cashmere Blue leather handbag. It is beautifully made, excellent quality and the colour is lovely. It is a perfect size for me and was great value as i managed to purchase in the sale. I sent picture of bag to my friend and she liked it that much she ordered one in black. My only thing would be that there is no zipped internal compartment for keys but that is minor.

I was skeptical about ordering from this website giving the fact that I never heard of it and sales price was so cheap. I thought it will be cheap shop but I like it so much my first 4 bags that I ordered again extra 2 bags from this shop. I must say my first order came next day but my second one which it was on Tuesday it hasn’t arrived yet and I’m wondering if it is because my first order was over £100 and this one is £88

Fantastic customer service. My order was misdelivered due to my address being wrongly autopopulated on order (which I failed to notice). This led to two attempted deliveries by Royal Mail at wrong addresses. However the customer service team were brilliant and ended up sending me a repeat order to my correct address...very happy with the product and the service

Appalling customer service! I ordered a bag less than a year ago which cost me 104 GBP and the zip pull came detached. I contacted customer services to see if they could repair it. They couldn't and they said there was nothing they would do as it was just outside a year of purchase (by a few days!) instead they offered me a store credit of 29GBP!!! Absolutely shocking service and I now have a bag I can't use as I cannot zip it up. I would not return or recommend this company. (Order number #84444 confirmed).

This was a gift from my husband for my birthday and now cannot be used.

Ordered the Soames handbag in black. Great quality at a fantastic price and a lovely bag. Liked it so much I bought the same bag in tan. Delivery super quick too, very happy customer. I’ll definitely be buying from you in future 😀

Fast delivery but unfortunately the bag itself ( ordered 'Colette' in dove grey ) was awful quality. So disappointed! Returned straight away & had to very quickly find another present :( ...The worst part of the bag were the handles - look & finish so cheap & rough. Please improve cause your ideas are good.

Placed an order for a handbag on Wednesday and it was received on Friday via standard free delivery. Excellent quality leather handbag and excellent service. It is the first time I have purchased from this Company but will certainly use in the future and definitely recommend.

Products are excellent and very reasonably priced! Would like to have one of each of the bags! Unfortunately, our deliveries are really bad at the moment, and the latest bag arrived having been ‘trampled on’ 😭 had to return it! Just want to find how I can buy then without them coming via Royal Mail!

I purchased a small handbag online from Pure Luxuries after a long search for the perfect bag. I had never heard of this brand and the price was extremely reasonable, so I wasnt really expecting much. The bag arrived quickly, the design and quality are excellent and the leather is nice. I am genuinely delighted.

Always happy with the quality and presentation of the bags. I’m always looking to see which bags or purses I’ll be ordering next from how good the prices are. Even the jewellery is presented nicely in boxes and seems to be high quality. Always a happy customer.

I bought a bag which looked nice but the smell was actually toxic. I could smell it before I even got it out of the bag. It stank the whole room and hallway out. It was a toxic chemical smell like a very intense rubber tyre smell. Ghastly. I had to put it back in the packaging and place it in the hallway by the front door to get it as far away from me as I could. Still it was the first thing I could smell when I woke up and the bedroom door had been closed all night.
I now feel quite ill and my chest feels bad. I googled this smell and discovered that it is actually toxic and people who work with it often develop an illness due to it. I have been unable to do anything today my lungs feel bad and I have no energy. My sinuses have swollen up. I do not have a virus at all so it is nothing like that.
I am sending it back as soon as I have the energy to deal with it.
For god sake no one with asthma or lung disease buy from them. Their bags are actually toxic.
I will not be using this company again.

I ordered a small black bag from their Rose Gold range. It arrived on time and was well packed. It was 'reduced' from £66 to £33 so I was pleased I'd found a bargain. However, it isn't the soft Italian-style leather I'd expected and I wouldn't class it as 'pure luxury.' Definitely not worth £66 if purchased at that price. I won't be buying from them again.

Unbelievable service. I still can not believe the quality, cost and service. I ordered one day and had the bag the next day! It was beautifully wrapped and exactly what I wanted. I am telling all my friends. I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and will definitely recommend.
