Gute Qualität und durchdachte Funktionalität, aber ein massives Manko
Ich besitze mittlerweile mehrere Produkte von Proviz (drei Jacken und zwei Rucksäcke). Von der Grundidee bin ich absolut überzeugt: Das Styling ist perfekt, die Sichtbarkeit überragend und die Details sind extrem gut durchdacht. Abgesehen von einer spezifischen Schwachstelle handelt es sich um absolute Top-Produkte.
Leider gibt es ein massives Problem, das sich durch alle meine Artikel zieht: die Reißverschlüsse. Obwohl scheinbar unterschiedliche Verschlusstypen verbaut wurden, ist das Fehlerbild identisch. Sie klemmen, rasten aus und gehen letztendlich komplett kaputt. Aktuell hält nur noch bei einem einzigen Produkt der Reißverschluss durch – und auch hier ist ein Ausfall wohl nur eine Frage der Zeit.
Ich habe diesen Mangel bereits zweimal beim Hersteller reklamiert, aber als Kunde stößt man hier leider auf taube Ohren. Da ich bisher kein echtes Konkurrenzprodukt auf dem Markt finden konnte, habe ich bei einem Rucksack sogar versucht, den Reißverschluss (Schlitten) selbst zu wechseln. Das war jedoch nur mäßig erfolgreich, da das neue Schloss nicht sauber auf die vorhandene Schiene passte.
Fazit: Wer ein herausragend designtes Produkt sucht, wird hier fündig – muss sich aber darauf einstellen, dass die Reißverschlüsse der ansonsten hohen Qualität in keiner Weise gerecht werden.

Children's cycling jackets
Bought 3 cycling jackets - one in each available size - for the grandchildren in readiness for cycling to school next winter.
They came promptly, I cannot fault the service, but it was slightly confusing that the size ranges marked on the jackets are not the same as those listed online.
They fitted okay. Though could all benefit with more room in the body/across the shoulders.

I purchased a reflective rain jacket from Pro Viz after being recommended by a fellow runner.
The jacket arrived within 3 working days. The quality was excellent. Lightweight for running, reflective abs of course waterproof!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket. I informed Proviz immediately only for them to say they couldn’t change the order even though it hadn’t been dispatched. They advised I could return the jacket at my cost. Won’t be ordering anything from Proviz again.
