I purchased a reflective rain jacket from Pro Viz after being recommended by a fellow runner.
The jacket arrived within 3 working days. The quality was excellent. Lightweight for running, reflective abs of course waterproof!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket. I informed Proviz immediately only for them to say they couldn’t change the order even though it hadn’t been dispatched. They advised I could return the jacket at my cost. Won’t be ordering anything from Proviz again.

I wanted to return my items
I wanted to return my items, but yoi ask for a tracked shipment. That made it to expensive to return. Most companies provide a free return, so I will not be buying anything again.

If you can buy in a shop go for it, don’t buy online.
Good products, but sizing isn’t true so you’ll spend as much in P&P to get the right size than the product cost. No customer service or interest in it to speak of.

Reflektierende Kleidungsstücke in guter Qualität
Ich habe hier schon zweimal bestellt. Die reflektierenden Jacken sind einfach super im Straßenverkehr. Der Versand aus GB hat dabei ca. 7 bis 10 Tage gedauert, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere.

Good quality, fits small
The quality feels good but I haven't tried it out in a proper rainstorm. The fit is small so I would caution other plus size riders to measure to ensure it will work for them.

Sizing completely wrong
Sizing completely wrong. Poor communication and had to ‘fight’ for a full refund.
Edit in reply to your reply. I had to fight for the p&p costs both ways. If the goods are not to specification and sold as advertised, it is the sellers responsibility for all shipping costs. I have several emails bouncing back and forth to convince you.
