Easy to navigate website. Really pleased with the beautiful bright pink t shirt. Unlike a lot of sports kit, it fits true to size - I am usually dubious of buying sports kit on line but this proviz t-shirt is great.

Delivery time was exceedingly long. Because one of the items was buy 2 get 1 free, when you declared the value, at $0, that held it up in customs. I dealt with the FedEx agent directly and she didn’t seem trained and did not speak very well so it was a hassle to explain to her and for her to explain to me.

Considering I live in New Zealand the delivery was very quick. There was great communication throughout. Ive worn my jacket on several bike rides and its very comfortable warm and bright. I ride mostly on public roads and feel I am very visible in this jacket.

My jacket
My jacket is a good fit. I haven't had to test it in rain yet but I was disappointed to find out that it didn't have a hood, which would mean rain down the neck, no matter how waterproof the jacket.

Reflectivity as expected is brilliant
Reflectivity as expected is brilliant . The fit is true to size zip pockets have a good capacity.
However not as breathable as I expected I do sweating it quite heavily I think it is because the reflective surface is a solid tiny glass beads which don’t allow water vapour to escape. Perhaps this could be improved by interspersing the reflective panel with rows of mesh as used in the side panels

Not great if purchasing internationally
I probably won’t order internationally again. The jacket looked really nice but was way too long for running in.
I don’t think there was any way for me to tell that from the information on the website. Sadly the postage costs to return meant I spent $65 just to try it on.
If there was a local distributor in Australia I think I would buy many things! But it’s too expensive to work out what fits :(

Fantastic support service
Update. There was a comms miscommunication. Support jumped onto it and sorted the problem immediately. Fantastic service. They have restored my faith and I will certainly be purchasing this product again soon.
A great store with normally great products. I have purchased a product before with no problems. This time, the product I received had loose stitching and threads everywhere. All emails I have and t have been ignored. Not impressed considering the shipping costs almost the same as the product.
