The products are excellent
The products are excellent. I have a Switch vest and a Nightrider jacket. The yellow is so vibrant I get a lot of looks and smiles! Shipping and customer service have also been excellent. Shipping to the U.S. has only taken 4 days. I had to return a size small jacket and the return process was very easy. I only wish they were continuing men's extra small as this is the size that works best for me.

Warm, not dexterous….
I found these gloves did keep you warm in damp conditions but the way they were constructed left a lot to be desired. There was a sizeable gap between inner layer and outer of glove which made them impossible to have any control of your finger tips. Could not pick up small things, could not release the Velcro from one glove if you had the glove still on the other hand! Quite short ending just after the wrist. I will continue to use as they are good for the cold but can’t recommend them to anyone, sorry…

Delivery time was exceedingly long. Because one of the items was buy 2 get 1 free, when you declared the value, at $0, that held it up in customs. I dealt with the FedEx agent directly and she didn’t seem trained and did not speak very well so it was a hassle to explain to her and for her to explain to me.
