I absolutely love the cycling coat and vest.
I thought they would look good, but they actually look better than I thought. They’re very comfortable and light and the reflective technology is crazy.! I also bought a helmet light that I’m extremely happy with also.And the shipping! All I can say is WOW! I live in the USA and I was absolutely expecting this to take several weeks to get here. I ordered my stuff on a Sunday and received it the following THURSDAY!! I got it as fast as I would’ve got it if I had ordered it here in the states!

The delivery was slow but not too bad - but the 20L bag was too small - needed the 30l bag. Didn't read the return policy well enough - so a change will cost me the same as a new bag...

I liked the cycling jacket construction and material.
I didn’t like the fact that it was smaller than the identical jacket I bought many years ago and I had to send it back tracked (as Proviz demanded) at my expense (£9.95).
I got the size up from my existing jacket and it fits.
The sizes have been reduced

Rainjacket isn't keeping me dry,my shirt was completely soaked at the shoulder and belly and the support team seems to think it's condensation, not acceptable. I am not allowed to send the jacket back and won't get my money back!! Will never, ever buy from them again.

We worked thoroughly with you throughout the day, carefully examining multiple images of the jacket including the taped seams and stitching across panels, and we were genuinely unable to identify any fault with the waterproofing. Following a 40 minute cycling commute in rain, we did raise the possibility of condensation as an explanation, rather than water penetrating from outside.
We completely understand this was not the answer you were looking for and we are sorry we could not reach a resolution that worked for both sides. We always aim to be thorough and fair in our investigations and we stand by the process we followed here.
