Rainjacket isn't keeping me dry,my shirt was completely soaked at the shoulder and belly and the support team seems to think it's condensation, not acceptable. I am not allowed to send the jacket back and won't get my money back!! Will never, ever buy from them again.

We worked thoroughly with you throughout the day, carefully examining multiple images of the jacket including the taped seams and stitching across panels, and we were genuinely unable to identify any fault with the waterproofing. Following a 40 minute cycling commute in rain, we did raise the possibility of condensation as an explanation, rather than water penetrating from outside.
We completely understand this was not the answer you were looking for and we are sorry we could not reach a resolution that worked for both sides. We always aim to be thorough and fair in our investigations and we stand by the process we followed here.

The jacket has zero breathability
The jacket has zero breathability. On a 25km commute on a sub zero morning I arrived soaked from sweat. It might be ok for a quick 2km ride but that’s about it. Wasted my money.

Reflective Rolltop Cycling Backpack
I bought a new high viz cycling backpack from Proviz to replace my current (also Proviz) backpack that finally succumbed to a broken strap after 5+ years of almost daily use. I bought the same version again as it was so good. Great size and comfortable to wear even when fully loaded. I prefer the roll top style as I’ve found in the past that the zipper on the zipped backpacks can be an early point of failure - either leaking or breaking

Apex cycling jacket = nice
Buying clothing from the other side of the planet is fraught with uncertainty, but everything was fine, thankfully. When I removed the jacket (Apex men's cycling jacket) from the package I was worried it was going to be too small, but I am happy with the sizing now that I've worn it for a few weeks with singlet, shirt, and jumper underneath. I bought it for its reflective features, of course, and I am very impressed.

I ordered 2 tops size 10. I received 1 size 10 and 1 size 8. I had to return the size 8 to get a replacement and hzd to pay £8.95 for the postage
