Purchased Cofra Summit S3 safety boots, after 3 months they failed. Warranty claim still not resolved after 5 months. Absolute shambles. Find yourself another supplier.

Good value for money but poor delivery
Good value for money and prompt despatch by the vendor. Sadly, let down badly by the Post Office. No less than three revised delivery dates/times given before the goods were eventually delivered.

Helpful Customer Services
There were supply and delay issues with my order of a hoody, but Customer Services at Prosafe Direct were very helpful and generous in refunding and replacing a delayed and then unfortunately, damaged item. They replied quickly by phone and email and were sympathetic to my cause of wanting to get the hoody in time for my son's birthday.

Hi Colin, Thank you for your feedback however your email was only sent to us yesterday evening and was responded to you at 8.30am this morning.
Retuning an item is a very simple process and is found in the returns page on our website, however in the email sent to you this morning we have outlined how where to return your item to.
Hope this information helps
