It's easy and a "No brainer" to follow.
The breakfast bar is delicious and a good reason to look forward to get out of bed.
So is the chocolate treat in the evening.
Some of the soups are not for my taste....
I'm happier, I fell much more awake and lighter.
For me it was the best start to get back from the Christmas holiday.
Also very excited to finish day 5 today!

Soup I could not eat it at all. Made me vomit

The delivery was delayed but the package was impeccable. The food is tasty but definitely very little for an active person - I had to scale down my exercise and was still tired and with a headache. I feel you could have the same benefits in a healthier calorie restriction but overall appreciated the program and would do it again!

My parcel has not arrived after several weeks and they didn't reply to my question by email.

The fourth 5-day Prolon package we ordered within the last three years disappointed us by the dropped quality. The package does not contain the bottle for L-drink anymore. Updated recipe of the L-bar choco is by far worse then previously. It used to be a crispy reach flavoured delight and turned into a cheap supermarket rice sticky bar with a slight choco flavour. There used to be two sorts of olives, now there is only one. Minestrone soup with quinoa is bitter and contains non-chewable elements (some vegetable’s skin or root). We order 2x sets at a time, so it was not a bad luck. With the 25% discount for the order, we still paid almost 30€ per day per person, which is not matching the missing experience.

I did the 5 day PROLON fasting mimicking diet 2 weeks ago, together with my partner.

It was much easier than expected for me -as i dont drink coffee. My partner had a bit of headache the first two days as he usually drinks 2 coffes per day.

The first day was the hardest and after that it went quite smooth.

The flavour of the different soups and snacks is good specially the kale almond crackers.

During the fasting and the days after my sleep recovery increased by 25-40% and so did my heart rate variability (HRV) which was better than the last 6 months.

We lost each 2.5 kilos, although losing weight was not our aim.

After 2 weeks we did not gain all the weight back although we are back to our normal eating routine.

This experience made us more conscious about food choices and the direct impact on health. We have just bought two new boxes and we will repeat the 5 days fasting in spring. This time we will start on sunday evening in order to be able to enjoy a friday night diner (as our first meal of the transition day).

The support team was very reactive and always answer my questions very fast with helpful answers. The online consultation was also very helpful.

Great experience, good support in the Facebook group and easy to follow. I'm 2 days after completing the Prolon 5 day and I feel great!

From this fasting box I found new Choco crisp bars, they are not so crisp and not so chocolatey as previous box had a month ago. That made me sad. And, in my box the first day contained one nut bar, but the schedule said I should have two of those. Instead there was two Choco bars this time, so I guess it covers it.. But, still, its wrong to eat Choco instead of nutbar, I guess as they have different calories..

I have been dealing with a lot of health issues for the past 20 years. The prolon fasting was hard, but deeply rewarding. I really dont know why, but it worked. A lot of food intolerances fixed, brain fog, joint pain, muscle pain, energy, and the most surprising…my sleep was fixed. Dont know why, but it worked. Two of my fasting days (2nd and 4th) were really hard, but on the third day it was like one of the best…again, its somewhat strange why this stuff works. Plus, i lost 4kg (been struggling for years to loose my 40 year old belly fat).
The food is enough to keep you going, but it’s a challenge.
Definitely, I will repeat it in 6 months.

The order never arrived and I have to beg to receive updates. It’s been a month so I ask for a refund but the customer service is not helpful at all. I love the products and the concept but very not happy how they don’t concider their customers after the order. Very not ok
