Terrible customer service. If your home charger breaks down, they won't come out to you for weeks to look at it. Not at all impressed.

Paul is indeed a great staff . He supported me patiently through connecting me to my device. He answered all my questions. I am so happy speaking with him.

Inherited a Project EV charger and I couldn't get it to work, help online didnt work. Called up and spoke to Samuel Phillips who was incredibly helpful. He patiently got me up and running with easy to follow instructions and now my car is charging and I feel relieved!

He was very patient and talked me through the whole process of getting my EV charger linked to the correct app. It was difficult to know when he was talking to me as there was so much background noise from other technicians helping other callers
