Having had a bad experience with the company their response was excellent and my initial experience was superseded by quality customer service and I am now writing this review ( I thought I had already done so ) to compliment them on doing everything they could to help. On this basis I would recommend them to anyone. The technical expertise was always there and the apology for the late response initially was sincere. 5 stars.

Samuel was extremely helpful in explaining how to use the charger and guiding me through the app installation and setup process. He made sure I understood all the key features, including how to start charging, monitor usage, and manage settings through the app.
Even though the charger was pre-installed, the support I received made a big difference. The app was easy to set up, and the clear explanation ensured I could start using everything confidently right away.
Overall, a very positive experience with both the charger and the support provided.

Excellent Customer Service / Technical Assistance
Had the charger 2 years without issue before discovering the installer (not from P-EV) had set a limited on current! Spoke to Lewis Woollett at Project EV today, who was excellent. Took control of the unit remotely, updated the firmware, tested the current (now full beans!) and handed it back to me in such a short space of time. Super polite, patient, helpful and competent. Great service.

Great charger, had a bit of a problem with the app so contacted Project EV for help. It took a few emails back and forth to sort the issue but Sam was always quick to reply and got the app working perfectly on my android phone.

Setting up the 'first time'...
Setting up the 'first time' use of my home charger was proving to be an issue. Contacted Customer Technical back-up team, & with the aid of 'Lewis', the set-up process was made quick & simple. Lewis had immense patience as I progressed, albeit slowly, until we were up & running. Many thanks!
I had an issue with my Project EV…
I had an issue with my Project EV charging unit which I bought as a nearly new unit. It was connecting to the Electric Miles system/app which I did not want.
I called Project EV who helped me through a factory reset/reboot of the unit to get me on their system/app.
Samuel Philips the advisor was very helpful, clear and patient.
I can highly recommend Project EV for any of your electric charging needs👍🏼

Lewis was really helpful on the phone and very knowledgeable. Got my charger registered and set-up in no time, thanks again.
36% fail rate for our customers
We have four public chargers and two private chargers.
The private chargers activated by RF cards are fine, rarely an issue. Unfortunately our public-use chargers are a disaster. The issues appear to be 90% to do with the crappy Project EV app. Over the last 25 customer EV charging attempts 36% have failed. 10 or 18p is charged (to connect) and it then locks out our customers. They then can't use any of the chargers. We had a work-around with our own main account and RF cards, but it has just locked out our account too. Terrific. I spend several hours a week trying to un**** these things.
Project EV offers zero customer service at weekends, so there's nothing to be done if you have a problem. We have a lot of weekend booking so this is when most problems happen.
I (begrudgingly) renewed my expensive Project EV subscription to manage the systems a month ago, they then sent me an email a month later informing me that "my subscription had expired". I tried calling at 4.40pm, but they'd all gone home for the weekend. The left and right hand of this company are strangers to each other.
I'm writing this 1 star review as I don't think that they take any of our concerns seriously, I have been a customer for over 6 years.
