Driver came 35 minutes late after we got out of airport. We are from Australia and dressed according australian winter.
Most unpleasant experience.
Also people at desk D didn't know what to do.
Frustrating!

Nicht pünktlich.. Kein Fahrer da gewesen! Halbe Stunde verspätet. Fahrer hat sich entschuldigt, hat uns Getränke und Snacks spendiert, extra zum Supermarkt gefahren und den Kindern etwas gekauft! Danke

I booked a mini van that should accommodate 15 bags . A small van arrived instead. However they send a second van and the driver of the second van was grossly rude and impolite. The van was extremely hot and because there was a screen we were unable to speak to him. Never will I recommend your services to anyone.

The driver was so tiered Fell asleep by driving. Thats a no GO!!

The driver is great. Did everything for our comfort to move to the hotel.
But the traffic of this country is very unpredictable, and when a person only gets into such traffic from an airplane, it completely knocks him out of the comfort rut. And it would be great to have air conditioning.

Professional, arrived at the meeting point on time and drop us off on the exact time announced.
Drove safely. Recommend it

Very bad experince with this company. The driver got me to wrong hotel and force me to go out and throgh out my lagge on the street. Stay away from this company.

I paid Progo for my guests to get a smooth airport welcome. I regret it. A normal taxi would have been better.

After booking online, the confirmation email said I would receive the driver’s name and car model the day before. I never received anything. I emailed Progo and got no answer, so I had to call to get basic information.

I also paid extra for a meet-and-greet with a sign showing my guests’ name, but no one welcomed them on arrival. They had to walk to the exit themselves and then wait around 30 minutes for the driver.

To make things worse, the driver then went to the wrong hotel, even though the correct address was booked online and shown in the confirmation email. My guests eventually had to book a taxi themselves to get to the correct hotel.

Management refuses to accept responsibility and is now claiming my guests showed a different address, which is obviously not true.

Total waste of time and money and a terrible experience for my guests.

Öncelikle, otelden havaalanına transfer 5 yıldızı hak ediyor; mükemmeldi. Düşük puan, havaalanından transferden kaynaklanıyor. Şoförle hiçbir iletişimim olmadı, telefonuma veya SMS'lerime cevap vermedi, hatta Türkçe bir telefonla numarayı aradığımda bile. Daha sonra, şoförün zaman darlığı nedeniyle ayrıldığına dair bir mesaj aldım. Beni gece vakti İstanbul havaalanında, hiçbir destek olmadan ortada bıraktı. Bu şirketle bir daha asla seyahat etmem...
