We've used ProDog for years now my 2 love the different verities of meat and thrive on it we also asked questions regarding different bundles and chose the one we thought was more suitable for us its easy enough to chose a bundle request a delivery automatically and pay for the order you get a 5% discount and a points system that helps save more money the company are easy to contact for issues and always helpful 😀

So far, so good. After a fair bit of research in to raw dog food, I decided to go with ProDog as I like the look of the choice, the subscription service and the general feedback.

Received my order this week in good time, ive used things like muscle food in the past so have a good expectation of food deliveries, and the dog food came in good condition, slightly defrosted but nothing a refreeze wouldn't sort.

My only recommendation would be another cold pack I think would keep it completely frozen, and the website isn't the best to navigate, looks great, but found it a bit laggy and lacking in order and delivery details.

Other than that, I pick up the puppy tomorrow and as long as she likes the food, I'll be back for more.

Service was great. Delivery was literally next day and everything was still frozen even the ice packs. I really like the tubs it comes in as it make life easier. Most of all the quality of the meat it's self is 2nd to none and our brand new 9 week old puppy makes it disappear in seconds and spends a few minutes licking the bowl clean. I will definitely be using prodog for the foreseeable future.

This is the third raw food product I have used over the past 10 years and so far I am extremely impressed. Lots of choice and I especially like the bundle options and the subscription discount. More importantly our two wire haired vizslas seem very happy with the new food and especially the new variety of flavours. Packaging is excellent and the consistency of the food is the best I've used. Not at all watery and sloppy. Customer service has been great and the online ordering process very easy to use. Having a chat with the in house nutritionist was also very useful and helpful.

Easy to use site. Order arrived on time and well packaged. Plenty of variety. Good individual packaging. Most importantly both my dogs enjoy it and look great and are full of energy with healthy, shiny coats and eyes. Would recommend

We have two 12 year old dogs who have been fed raw all their lives. We find that the quality and variety of meats that Pro Dog Raw provide are favourites with our dogs and it shows in their zest for life and energy they still exude. They also appreciate Pro Dog treats too. We are very happy to recommend Pro Dog raw and will continue to buy for our dogs.

I've been using this brand for a few years now and have recently taken out a subscription for one of the single protein options (as I have one dog with allergies). Customer service has always been very helpful in sorting out any changes I have needed to make.

All my dogs love the food, the packaging is robust and delivery is efficient.

I reached out to the nutritionist before making any purchases as new to feeding raw and I wanted information and guidance. That was exactly what I got. Alison is very helpful and informative. Also patient due to overprotective dog mum. I valued her guidance. My dog has been on raw for 2 weeks now. He loves it, licks the bowl clean and just seems lighter/happier. He has allergies and anal gland issues so getting as much information as possible was critical. I am a very happy dog mum.
P.s there was a slight issue with the delivery on the part of DHL but all was sorted as soon as possible and a check up phone call to make sure all was good was truly appreciated.

There coats look shiny they look healthy and they never are thriving so good on pro dog raw

My Collie absolutely loves this food, always licking her bowl clean several times! Her coat is shiny and healthy and her teeth are gleaming white! This is ever since she started on raw food. I don't have a big freezer so the subscription with ProDog Raw makes it easy to reorder at the right time. A few times I've needed to ask for advice and the customer service is the best I've ever come across; helpful and prompt replies.

Great selection of complete meals for my puppies which they love. The treats are also a hit, we use a lot in training them! I also experienced a problem with one order not arriving which was the fault of the courier. A short telephone call to this company and their efficiency meant it arrived the next day. I am more than happy to recommend Pro Raw as an excellent all round organisation.

Product is spot on. My dogs love it. They are one Complete Raw. Two out of the three have health issues so after an email to Customer Services and a very prompt reply from Alison, I knew exactly what and how much they need daily. Follow up from her too so shows they really care.

I have a little Romanian rescue dog who can be very fussy when it comes to food. I have tried almost every brand there is but he loves ProDog! He's got an intolerance to chicken so being able to find a bundle that can cater to his needs is fantastic. I appreciate they do subscription discounts and I only once had an issue with delivery (it wasn't their fault) and their support team were quick to resolve it. A good honest company with great food and great customer service.

We heard about ProDog through a friend, his dog is the most beautiful staffy-mix, thanks to ProDog he’s in wonderful condition, so I knew when we got our girl, we would use ProDog.
We’ve been using the service for around 4 months and it’s been impeccable. Their delivery is always prompt, with you being sent updates from their selected courier on what time the food will be delivered. It’s packaged really well, we’ve always had every container intact. Once we got a free rabbit ear, which my girl was very happy about.
It’s super easy to navigate the website, and the raw food calculator is very helpful.
Our dog loves every single meal she’s had, especially anything with tripe.
Our girl has the most stunningly shiny coat, her breath never smells, her toilet business is something to envy. She’s the happiest healthiest girl and I’m so grateful for ProDog. She’ll be 6 months old tomorrow, and the vet has said she’s a perfect example of a golden retriever, beautiful.
P.s their customer service is really fast, I had an email back within a few hours!
Highly recommend.

Disappointed is an understatement. Have been ordering prodog for over 2 years. Recently I have ordered 27.5kg of raw food. This got split into two smaller parcels - two small ice packs in each. On the outside parcels looked perfectly fine. I was home during the DHL delivery, opened the parcels and was ready to restock my freezer but guess what - every single tub was completely defrosted. Two little ice packs in a cardboard box is not enough to keep it frozen. If defrosted wasn’t enough - all tubs were room temp as well. I am not going to risk my dogs wellbeing refreezing that and feeding it to her as suggested. Prodog then responded with store in the fridge and use within 3 days. My medium sized dog gets 380g/day - how do you expect me to feed her 27.5kg in under 3 days? No offer of rearranging new delivery or a refund. Sent multiple photos and videos of the food being defrosted which got a response of “I can see ice crystals, it’s safe to refreeze”. No it is not. It was warm at arrival and completely defrosted! Are you going to cover my dogs vet bill when she gets ill from eating food that arrived damaged? More proof of damage goods sent - no further response from the company.

Appalling customer service. This was the last time I have ordered from this company. Do better and take responsibility for poorly packed products ProDog.

Great choice of product, easy to order, delivery always on time and packed really well.

Firstly my dog loves the food and really looks forward to his meals. He looks great on it too, his coat is super shiny. I’ve had a couple of issues with the delivery drivers, NOT Prodogs fault, which I have raised with them. I always speak to a human being, very rare these days and they are all very helpful, understanding and deal with the problem. They are great to deal with and I highly recommend them….my dog would too!

My dog loves the treats which are very good afternoon a walk.

My dog found the food very appetising to look at and he usually ate the food straight away, although need to find the right one for him.

Customer Services are extremely helpful and polite. Alison very good in helping out as well as Caroline for behaviour issues.

All in all I can fault the product or Customer Services.

Great variety of mixes in the bundle and convenient and fast delivery. I like the piece of mind of the subscription to make sure we don't run out of food. Always super frozen when arrives, even if I only unpack it after a day at work. My dog likes the food (and he is very fussy!) and it agrees with his stomach so the quality is great. Ability to pause the deliveries in the account is useful for holidays.

My dog really enjoys ProDog Raw and I enjoy the great service I get from them. I was worried about my delivery thawing on route during the heatwave but an email to them resolved the matter and the food will be delivered next week. I also had a poorly dog with pancreatitis and they helped me choose low fat options and supplements. Thanks ProDog Raw, you're all doing a great job.
