I had a bad experience with this company which is why I give them 0 for their service. Customer service was extremely rude. Jeff Smith which I gather is not his real name and false information,he gave me no chance to talk when I tried to challenge his information he even put the phone down on me. when its not convenient for him to hear how awful and injustfull they are. even though I pay for management fees and have a permit for my parking bay and was able to prove ownership they choose to not look after the client but to penalise you ontop of you paying yearly fees. even though in a space of 30 min of contacting them when they issued a ticket to tell them I have my permit, they still chose to ignore. gathering from all the complaints I can tell this is the only sad way this company makes money so there is no point in spending any energy. I really do feel sorry for individuals who make money in this way and if you considering this company to manage your property consider looking for a company that is on your side and looks after you as a customer and not issue you fines on a parking that you pay for even when you show proof. what is the point of hiring a company that has no customer service to the property owners. A ticket should be issued when a person can not justify, this is private parking and not street council parking. its pure greed.

Unscrupulous thieves, nothing less, nothing more
This company are nothing but greedy thieves. I park in a parking space regulated by them with (a) the full knowledge of the owner (b) a PPS permit given to me by the owner of the space. PPS nevertheless go ahead and issue a parking charge notice saying the permit is not displayed correctly. I cannot recommend anyone deals with these unethical parking pirates.

Absolute bullies and greedy company
Absolute bullies and greedy company. I have appealed my ticket issued when I was 30 mins late back to my car and a guy was actually standing next to my car watching my return. I had got caught up in London post-marathon including having to see St Johns Ambulance for medical assistance. They haven't even read my appeal and will undoubtable end up taking me to court. DO NOT GO WITH THEM - I have researched in depth and they are crooks. Big time.

PPS is one of the private parking mafias operating in UK
Privateparkingsolutions is full of crook parking wardens who are hiding in their cars illegally blocking customer parking bays. PPS is a money private parking mafia which is closely working with POPLA to make big money by ticketing unsuspecting drivers with their unreasonable terms and conditions. PPS parking wardens fail to themselves comply with parking terms and conditions and are found to be openly breaching it. Don’t hesitate to take them to the court.
