Waste of time. Bunch of scammers

No understanding given to delivery driver when they come ro delivery the item. They just behind making money.

PCN parking solutions staff are cheats and liar's, and they will trap you .
We drove our severely disabled father in law to Salford University for his sons graduation and parked in a disabled designated bay only to find that he had forgot his disabled badge. I approached the PCN attendant and informed him of our predicament and he informed us that we are OK to park in the bay because all parking was free because it was the Salford University graduation day, he had the nerve to tell us not to worry. 30mins later he issued me with a parking penalty.I have informed Salford University administration and I'm waiting for their response. Please do not use PCN solutions car parks [Hove BN52 9AN].

I am writing in dispute and to appeal the fraudulent penalty charge I received on (03:04/2024) whilst parked at Stratford board way I saw no signage in the place where I parked or at the entrance to the area where I parked. The requirements are that clear signage must be erected at each entrance and additional signage installed throughout the area. However, what I DON’T understand why (company name) harassing me and sending me none stop letters as I have already paid the penalty ticket that was given on (put the date u paid) it’s appropriate to keep sending penalty ticket I have already paid for.

I am closing this to ask stop harassing me to pay more money and check your own records!!

Suddenly someone without any sign of being an agent at all took a photo by his own phone and done. idiot robbers

Typical scumbag parking enforcement company, tiny signs hidden out of the way on an industrial estate, the sooner these types of companies are outlawed the better.

Awful company, non existent customer service with a old rude man on the phone who cannot listen or communicate. Appeal rejected based on a 'photo' a so called Mrs Robinson was supposed to send me in an email - however she failed to attach. I responded to the email, asking for the photo however a week later still no photo. I called the number on the email only for a rude man to pick up, who did not even take the time to understand the reason for my call only to say that he was unable to help and for me to email 'Mrs Robinson', who I am unsure even exists. The tone and the manner of communication from this man suggested that this company is in no way a professional firm and I have no idea how they are still allowed to operate.

Scammers.

They demand payment. They allow appeal. But they claim the appeal was sent and that I am at fault.

The phone operator who sounds like a male in his elderly age is a scum bag. Worst of its kind. Doesn't know how to talk on the phone. Sounds like his wife got shagged and he's taking revenge on victims of the parking company.

On top of that the company blatantly ignored my appeal. I argued one point, they then said something else and now put it down to administrative error. Absolute jokers.

I got a ticket ticket for doing a U-TURN! I did not even park or got out of the CAR! The government MUSt be getting a portion of these cowboys it is UNJUST! day light theft!

I was fined by both Hounslow Council and Private Parking Solutions for the exact same incident—same date, time, and location! Despite paying the council’s fine, Private Parking Solutions is now demanding a separate payment, claiming it’s for parking on private land.

This feels like a blatant attempt to charge me twice for the same violation. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue, they are still insisting on payment, despite clear evidence that the fine has already been paid.

How can someone be fined twice for the same violation? This is beyond unreasonable, and I am considering legal action. Be cautious—this feels like a fraudulent practice!

While I understand the need to address this parking charge matter, I expect all communication to be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. I kindly request that future correspondence be handled with the appropriate decorum and courtesy to ensure a constructive dialogue." worst company I have ever dealt with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rudest company ever!

Car was in possession of a meet and greet company, I submitted a form on their website with all the evidence. After 13 days I called them and was shouted at before I could explain the situation.

I have now emailed them again with the same evidence as well as a confirmation email from my first submission as form of evidence in case this goes to court.

Avoid at all costs!

Should not be allowed to trade. We have had 2 tickets (Doing delivery for our client), and all evidence were provided which they refused straight aware without any care or due dilligency. They failed to keep communications in the initial stages and black mailed with several debt recovery letters and has put the blame on us. We have successfully managed to speak to the land owner to get this cancelled. Just for awareness for other innocent people out here; if you genuinely have reasons to believe it is unfair, speak with the land owner, and NOT parking solutions, all they want to do is "STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY". Avoid at all costs.

Bully boys who issue fines when their ticket machines don't print the full car registration. No common sense on appeal. Don't use the car parks they manage!

Adding to the mass of complaints. Stopped (not parked) outside Harrowall and escorted small children inside, and in that time (<5 minutes) the warden walked by, took photos and issued a fine. This is a scam and they should be prosecuted.

For all Private Road Owners Do not use this company. Staff are extremely rude and heartless like no care at all. If you have any medical conditions they do not care , no heart. The worst company I have dealt with in my life. They do not even have sympathy and empathy for deaths. They say they are not interested. It is sad how they affect peoples mental health and have zero business etiquette at all. They treat you like your something on the floor and that they are Superior to you. They would not care if anything happened to you no heart no care. Sad but true I can understand people run businesses but these people actually do not care and they have said it themselves!!
