Warden "camp" at sites inside to issue tickets. Shameful exploitative business practice.

They are crooks and intend to find you as soon as you look for a parking slot and stand or wait for them to be free. Even though their staff told me that I would not be issued with a ticket, they did it. They are not enforcing parking management, they are doing it for money only. I showed a staff in GP surgery Bushey, he did 6 to 7 tickets in a span of 5 to 10 min. I appealed with evidence and still they did not bother to consider.

I don't even want to give a 1 star this company is disgusting and vile and how they can call themselves human is beyond me. God wasted giving these people breath. Discriminated me and my baby for needing to stay 10 minutes over the 20 allowed because I had to breast feed my baby in the middle of somewhere with parking restrictions. The company are money grabbing I really hope God serves you the karma needed greed and ignorance over compassion of truthful situations you dirty people.

Unprofessional and unregulated. Clearly do not understand the law and think they’re an authority. I was threatened by Mark Stubbs at our doctors surgery until he realised he’s picked on the wrong woman and Robert who sounded remarkably like Mark of this one man band firm (look it up Jakub Gajewski) of thugs also demonstrated his lack of knowledge of the law as well including refusing to take a complaint, deal with a complaint and the GDPR. They also like to discriminate against carers and the disabled. They don’t know the difference between a penalty charge notice and a parking charge notice. If you challenge them they threaten to take to you to court and call you stupid and other delightful names. My solicitors and I will be looking forward to their ticket as will trading standards and the BPA

I was given a ticket by a sneaky man sitting with his 4 by 4 in a non parking spot himself directly in front of a garage (hypocrite)...I guess their own rules don't apply to them!

He also failed to let me know not to park there, despite being 2 meters away from me. I was 5 minutes, not parked on the double yellow, whilst also being completely out of the way of anybody.

I'm also shocked at how the appeal form takes precisely 2 weeks for them to get back to you, just enough time for the fine to go from 60 to 100 pounds, how oddly convenient for them.

I think our local Doctor's Surgery are disgusting for handing over their lack of parking spaces to this greedy company. I did not realise that our doctor's surgery (after going there for over 55 years) had introduced PPS to manage their inadequate car parking facilities a week before I received a fine. I pulled up to run into the Doctor's Pharmacy and as I did I saw the new parking restriction notice which had just been introduced. I did see a tall young man with a phone in his hand and I have to say it did go through my mind is he about to take a photo of my car but he very sheepishly and sneakily walked passed me and took a photo of my car. He could have given me a warning if he had been a decent person but instead choose to take a photo of my car which was only there for 3 minutes and was not causing any obstruction at all. I expect they get commission on each one they capture.

When I complained I got racist abuse in return. Disgusting. Jack is the name used by the employee who sent me abuse by email.

Their parking attendants are awful. I parked for 30 seconds i was within eyeshot of my Vehicle when I spot someone photographing my car. I say someone as I couldn't see any identifying marks. Once I approached the man he turned out to be a PPS warden whom i said I will move my car right away, to which he told me it's too late, and that I will get a ticket in the mail. So I was about to drive off when I noticed he was standing around just 20 yards away pretending to be on the phone. He was using to arm he was holding the phone with to hide the small PPS logo on the left side off the chest on his coat (which was the only visable identifying mark on him. So i decided to stay (as I already had a ticket apparently) and warn the two or three cars that where in the process of stopping. The warden took offense to this, approached me in an agitated manner and told me in these exact words "you are costing me money"! He then proceeded to say the borough where we were is "a dangerous place" in a threatening manner.

Gangsters is too polite a term for them. I pulled in from the road momentarily in an area they claim to patrol next to a children's centre. I was issued with a PCN with the 'evidence' that provided being that I had stopped there for 5 seconds! The incident time is not even the same as the time on their photos! They also don't show on their signage that the space is camera controlled or that stopped is not allowed. I will be referring the matter to their so-called 'trade body' the BPA before sending them an appeal.

Again came across this bunch of cowboys, who try to scam every piece and blood they can get of any human being. Issues parking fine without any jurisdiction and than constantly harass people with threats to take them to court and fines and to decrease/affect their credit ratings. Poor innocent people, for peace of mind pay this scums. Its amazing companies like this still operate freely.

This is a scam company! They are not legit, they don't issue penalty charge noticed like the council does, they issue parking charge details. They use wording to confuse people.

Issued a "PCN" for not paying for parking. Just two issues:

I had paid and had all the evidence of such.

The landlord had no idea who they were, they had no right to issues "fines'.

Potentially a scam. Using a company called Debt Collection Plus Limited to threaten court actions!

They are thieves and their staff gave me a fine without issuing a ticket.
What is going on with this company ?
The fact I get a fine without a ticket is hilarious and how much low level is their staff and there is no proper guidance and training their staff issue fines without a ticket.
I am trying to take this issue further because it is a Parking fine, usually u would expect a ticket on the windscreen.
I would be careful in the future when you park in private lands because you might even get a ticket without you even notice.

This is my experience with private parking. I am disappointed with private parking company because I live in a private land and the guys know me but they are bunch of low.class trainees

They have money of mine that doesn’t belong to them and repeatedly ignore my requests and my bank’s request to pay it back. Terrible dishonest company. Staff very rude.

After a property management company advised me to park in one of the bays they manage, since its part of the property I was viewing the agent said they've got the agreement.
After almost 2 years I get a letter from solicitors they're taking me to court, I haven't even received their PCN ever. I called them to resolve, the gentlemen on the phone started shouting at me before I could finish explaining the situation, then he hangs up. No wonder all the get on Google reviews are 1 star.
I wouldn't even rate them 0 star.
Absolutely gutted.

Any one gets fine tickets from this PPS thief company please don't pay, even they send you 100 letters please don't pay ignore them.
PPS is thief company , all others including Councils they issue tickets on the spot but this PPS thief takes photos from back of car,Vans and trucks and sends fine tickets.

I had the pleasure of dispensing with 60 of the finest queen shilling.
I would highly recommend parking in one of their enforced bays. The ones where you pull over into (in order to check you can park) only to be in the receipt of a most positive letter requesting a donation to their work christmas party.
I would go back because I had a wholesome experience plus I am all about charity.
I would highly commend the company for not putting up any barriers to the enforced zone. Why do that when you have the gift that keeps on giving.

To any who has done any business with this company either as a client or a victim please contact me with your details as i will be taking this company to court i have just paid their fines and have CCTV evidence of them acting illegally as well as a written confirmation of their lie. Traffic wardens have no legal ability to obtain evidence resulting in financial penalties without a warrant which even the police would need to obtain a warrant. I already have several similar cases from this company.
I have paid their 2 x £60 fines and will claim far more. Their illegal activities have also been sent formally to their clients also. The police have confirmed they acted illegally and suggested civil action against them.

Rude rude rude. The guy called Robert manning the phone line, calling me a liar, not letting me talk.
Doesnt give you a chance to talk. Unwilling to listen and assist.. What does that show??
