Great value
Printing pleasure ink cartridges are very well priced, fast delivery and works great in the printer. They have a wide range of cartridges suitable for a wide range of printers. Will definitely be shopping with them again. Great value for money.

Not a UK Company
Company are not in the UK, item is dispatched from China and so communications are delayed and actual shipping time is approx 1 week, not 2 days as the website suggests.
Don't pay by the instant card payment option as it does not allow you to add a delivery address and after you have paid it is impossible to change the details.
They use My Hermes for delivery and if you miss the first delivery there is a surcharge for it to be redelivered.
I don't know where my order is now??? I still haven't received it.

Bad after sales experience
There was no way of getting updates after order. No idea of which courier service was being used. No idea of when delivery was being made. In the end the box for dropped over a garden fence and left in heavy rain.
