The order was dispatched on time but the delivery firm took days to deliver. It was supposed to be 2 business days. Eventually after 5 days it arrived. Delivered by Evri.

No customer service help
Bought 3 toner cartridges for a brother printer but they sent the wrong ones. Asked for a bit of help sorting out the problem and all they are interested in is NOT HELPING. Shant use these clowns again. They cant even put the right toners in the right boxes
