Excellent service. They arrived promptly and picked up my washing and returned it 24 hours later all sorted and clean. Highly recommended.

Tailoring service with Prime Laundry
I used the tailoring service with prime laundry and it was so quick and easy honestly such a great service! They shortened my dress perfectly and were really efficient in picking it up and dropping it off. I pinned the dress myself but the driver can also bring pins. So efficient - thank you so much!

The best part of the service is the customer service. Prime laundry online for immaculate dry cleaning and a first rate laundry service. Product returned beautifully clean. Definitely using again.

Brilliant work - Sewing & Service!
Thank you Prime Laundry for a really thorough job replacing a coat lining in a Satin fabric (difficult). I appreciate the attention to detail, going above and beyond to replace the lining in the pockets too. You created a finished effect that was much better than the original lining. It was completed on time and brought to me. Communication on the help messages was very efficient and informative. No hassle. Brilliant thank you!

They pick up your laundry from your house, wash & iron to a decent standard and drop it off back at your house. All for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work.

Primelaundry is brilliant
Primelaundry is brilliant. The cleaning is of highest quality, they have success with even the most horrific spots. Much better than my local dry cleaner. Shoes are repaired very well. The collect and return service works very well, driver is punctual and polite. They always reply on chat. One time a jumper did not turn out well, and they were super in paying for a replacement. They even ran after me asking when I would finally send them the invoice! Brilliant.

More than a great service……
Submitted a pair of lined trousers in a very tricky fabric - fine, frays easily - with a difficult finish at the hem. They came back at the perfect length I requested with a great finish.
