Prime Laundry

Great service and would absolutely recommend!! This is a slightly belated review as our great service happened in August but looking to rebook another slot with Prime Laundry shortly and it reminded me to leave a helpful review for anyone else who may be considering their services! The website was very easy to use and the time for first pick-up was between 7-9pm, and the lovely chap arrived to us at 8.55pm perfectly within that window! Items were taken, washed, dried and folded and returned early within the return time/date specified and arrived in good condition, clean and neatly folded. Very impressed with the services and indeed will be looking to use again and would definitely recommend - thanks.

Hi
Always collect and deliver when they are meant to - excellent dry cleaning and shirt service.

Great service, was easy to arrange a collection and all of my clothes came back having been laundered perfectly. Will use again.

Very quick and helpful. There was a stain on one of the duvets I told them not to worry about as I thought it would be too difficult but they got it out anyway.

Very easy to use app. Prompt pick up and delivery. Very convenient and good value for money. Will use again.

I would give minus 5 stars if possible. Prime Laundry definitely bought all of those 5 stars review or those reviews were made by themselves.

Not professional at all! The tailor doesn’t even have basic skills and basic alteration knowledge. They promised they will keep original finishing but they actually changed the design of sleeves and sewed side slits up with rubbish stitching.

I asked to shorten the front length to 64.5cm but they ended up like 60.5cm which is absolutely too short for me.

Please find my photos and you will not believe this is done by a “tailor”. Seriously they are not trusted alteration company at all! They don’t care about nothing. What kind of business would finish their work like this? Unbelievable!

Excellent service, quick and efficient and a bargain at the same time!

Everything was perfect and on time.
Love it!

We’re having building work done and living without a washing machine for 3 months. I don’t want our washing machine back!

Prime laundry provide a really professional, reliable and efficient service. Book a slot, the guy always turns up on time, takes our washing (in a bag they provide) and returns it all washed and folded the next day (at the time booked). It couldn’t be simpler (the website is quick and easy to use too).

Prompt, fast and good quality - only used them once and impressed so far

Exactly as described. Fair priced.. fast, friendly delivery staff.. well folded, smells nice, nicely washed.. 5/5!

I used this service as we were flooded. I had 5 bags of clothes and beddings. The service is outstanding to say the least. Next day pick up with time slot; and next day delivery. All washed, dried snd folded with some items on hangers. Amazing price too for all I had. I think I may be using them regularly on weekly basis- bye bye to the hassle of washing my clothes! Highly recommend! Excellent service!

Great service, very fast and my items came back clean and intact. I will definitely use them again.

Good service, quick and happy to serve and overall excellent- good prices as well

Thank you for quick and perfect work. I’m satisfied with the price and result. Will use your service again.

Really phenomenal service. They arrived right on time with less than 24 hours notice and delivered freshly laundered and folded clothes the very next day, right on time. I will very happily use this service again

They advertise reusable laundry bags. The laundry was well washed and folded very happy with that.
However on the doorstep the driver unloaded one laundry bag into the other. This meant that I had to make 2 trips to take the laundry away as the single bag was not big enough.
I supplied 6 Premium COOP bags that where not returned. This has distracted from an otherwise good service. Would I use again not sure because only have on Laundry bag and concerned about giving them more bags.

There reply is about ensuring the driver does not do again where are the 6 COOP bags the site does not advise you it will not return them.
I would have thought they would have at least suplied a free laundry bag never mind.

Well did not expect that got coop bags delivered and a free laundry bag will use them again for sure Thank you so Much
