Previous customer -but no longer
I had previously used Prime Laundry quite a few times and had generally been happy with the service, although delivery and collection times were somewhat hit and miss. My biggest complaint is with the app for ordering which consistently said new version available even after just updating it. Really poor customer support with this issue so ended up unistalling app and going to a competitor

Not really a review - I’m just trying to get in touch with them and they ignore every single email or message. Please respond!
Edit: I got the same response over and over. Issue still not resolved. I keep getting the junk mail excuse consistently. It’s funny, I run a business myself and a junk folder issue I never had. Maybe regulate your customer information better? Streamline your IT? Just an idea.
In the end they still deny the problem and won’t listen. They just don’t care. This is how you’ll lose customers. Anyway, we’re off to laundry revolutions.
Edit: they finally came with a solution, and gave us money back. It was a full time job getting there though, not great.
