Great service and communication and…
Great service and communication and nice and fast. The only improvement would be to fold the clothes better (eg jumpers & jeans) so they aren’t so creased. When I do this at home I don’t have to iron them. But I had to iron these as they were so creased. Thanks

Dear Sarah,
Thank you for your honest feedback and for highlighting both the positives and the area we can improve. We’re glad you were happy with our service and speed, and we’re sorry the folding quality wasn’t up to standard for some items. We will pass this on to our team to improve our handling so items come back more ready-to-use

This dry cleaners has to be my favourite, the care and attention they take when cleaning you items is impeccable! The customer service is always so professional, polite personable, friendly and helpful. The consistency level of cleaning is so important to me as a regular customer, I moved away from the area but specifically make the effort to bring my laundry there despite the distance.

Average service but probably the best of a bad bunch in London.
Cleaning is good. Ironing is poor (especially shirt collars).
Invoicing is erratic & error prone & always needs checking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Paul.
We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the cleaning, but are genuinely sorry that other aspects of our service haven’t met your expectations.
We take your comments on ironing, particularly shirt collars, very seriously and will be raising this with our production team to ensure standards are consistently met. We also apologise for the invoicing errors you have experienced; this is not the level of accuracy we aim for, and we will be reviewing our processes to reduce mistakes.
We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us identify where we need to improve, and we hope to demonstrate these improvements in future visits.
