Cannot recommend highly enough. I have purchased quite a few products from this company. All have been of very good quality, and arrived quickly.

The quality of the pyjamas is the best Ive come across and they are extremely comfortable.

Lovely soft slippers, perfect for chilly evenings. And the wrapping was eco-friendly - you just post it back to them to reuse!

The bamboo pyjama shorts set I ordered was fantastic quality and I would definitely buy them again. The packaging was great, you can post it back free of charge so it can be used again! Everything went smoothly from purchase to receiving the item and I’m very pleased overall.

I only realised after I received my order, that these bamboo tee dresses are now discontinued. I really hope you bring them back, even in different colours. I had some in size 14 from last year (QVC), but they were a bit big and when I spotted these at a reduced price, I ordered 4 in size 12. They are perfect and I’m sorry I didn’t order 6. They are the most comfortable nightwear I’ve ever owned and they wash really well too. I will look out for any more turning up.

Bought as a gift for my niece for her birthday. Feedback is the slippers are beautiful and exceptionally comfortable. A big thumbs up.

I have a few pairs of bamboo pyjamas from Pretty You London. They are so soft and wash really well. The styles are also really nice. It is gutting when they need to be washed and you need to wear normal pjs. I am 5ft 3 and the long bottoms are too long for me but I am able to fold them up so it is not an issue. I love the returnable packaging. Be aware though if it is a gift as the packaging clearly reveals the company which is where the in post locker option is very convenient. Would definitely recommend this company. They also have a fantastic points scheme.

Shopped previously via JL and direct and everything good however had a bad experience with their own ebay shop recently. Didn't send item for 2-3 weeks after Xmas, no communication about delays or OOO notice. Sent several messages and totally ignored each time. Bizarre they treat their ebay customers who are most likely also their direct customers, like this.

Joke company. Items are the worst quality for a very expensive price. You can tell they are a joke when the item you bought full price is on a 60% sale the day after. Not even worth it while on sale.
Disgusting place, never buying here again and will make sure to let everyone else know what a poor company this is

I spent £90 on an item, shortly after it was discounted by 60%. The retailer refuses to refund the difference. The only option is to return the original and buy the discounted item. Disappointing.

Buying good quality nightwear for my partner and getting the sizing right first time.

I really appreciated the sizing info for models in the pictures and videos, also that the imagery was not particularly sexualised. Partner delighted at the material, design highlights and colours.

Added: forgot mention the re-usable eco packaging impressed me.

Bought item for my missis for Christmas it shows online as available payed for next day delivery and 6 days is been quite tracking shows "parcel on the way" but still nothing when I requested refund trough PayPal i received email after 10/20minuntes from them saying sorry yor item not available in stock!!!!!
