I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience genuinely ruined the end of our trip. We booked this service to make airport travel easier and less stressful, but it did the complete opposite.

We were left waiting far longer than promised while the driver repeatedly gave different excuses for the delay instead of providing clear communication or realistic timings. After travelling, the last thing you want is to be stranded wondering where your car is.

What really frustrated me was being hit with additional airport-related charges that were never made properly clear during booking. It feels incredibly misleading to advertise one price and then spring extra costs on customers afterwards.

The whole service felt chaotic, badly organised and nowhere near professional enough for something as important as airport parking. Sadly I wouldn’t trust this company again.

Premium parking? Don’t bother. I give 6 months and they’ll be closed down.

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. We paid for airport parking expecting a professional and reliable service, only to be left waiting over an hour past the agreed time with constant excuses from the driver instead of actual updates or solutions.

Every time we contacted them there was another reason for the delay, yet nobody seemed remotely concerned about the stress this causes when travelling to and from an airport. Airport parking is literally one of the few services where timing matters most.

To make things even worse, we were then told about additional airport charges that were never clearly communicated during booking. Hidden extra fees after payment feels completely misleading and should have been made transparent upfront.

The whole experience was disorganised, stressful and far below what was advertised. I would never use this company again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth airport experience.

Reasonable pricing, Great customer service from both the drivers and Neo in the office, Located about 20 mins from the airport ( traffic depending), would definitely recommend and will be using again when travelling from Manchester

Maish collected us from the airport, was super quick, lovely and friendly and kept in touch the whole process, I would 100% recommend and will use them again!

The overall is much better than I expected! It took me about 20 mins to go to the airport. As soon as I came back from Europe I gave them a call. The driver, Zaid, immediately called me back and directed me to the pick up point where he was already waiting there.
Another unexpected surprise was my car had been maintained in a very good condition including inside of it.

Sat in 2 different seats on both journeys to/from airport, but unfortunately no functional seatbelts. On return journey we had to wait 50 minutes for pick up & had to call twice. The left side door was too heavy for me to close properly but it wasn’t checked & remained partially open the entire trip . Unhappily had to pay extra £13 to pay for airport drop off fee. Usually this is included in total price. Would not recommend.
